.Very good customer service. Is very clean and they have the best cakes ever… I always bring my kids here my favorite favor Jamoca!!!

I made a trip to this Baskin Robbins location on 2÷17÷2016 at approximately 3:00 PM. Ashley, who was working the register, and preparing all the orders by herself was VERY polite, and EXTREMELY patient for the big office order I had. Overall ¹⁰⁄₁₀ experience at this location, not only because of the good ice cream, but because of the superb service I received from Ashley while there.

I went online to customize order my birthday cake for the first time. I had my eye on a gorgeous pink ombré cake. It was fast and easy. Pick up was also fast and easy.
Now I know I don’t have to pick from their selection and just be different/​unique with ice cream cakes!

I walked in on a Tuesday afternoon and there were 2 young individuals working. A boy and a girl. They were very attentive and courteous. I showed them my birthday coupon and my ID. I got rocky road. They wished me a happy birthday as a I walked out.
I know it’s just plain ice scream, but there customer service was great. Greeting customers with a genuine smile goes a long way.

I was a big ice cream fan when I was young. Sadly when I was in college I found out j was lactose intolerant. There are few times I like to enjoy a good scoop of ice cream here and there. I always want to make sure it’s worth it firsts. I can honestly say it was at this location.
Anytime I think of food I always think of the floors. I don’t know why. Maybe because my dad was a janitor and always pointed out potential in maintenance when we went anywhere. Needless to say, the floors and the entire location met my standards. When I think of ice cream I think of clean and refreshing. It definitely was here.
The customer service at this location also meets my expectations. Not only do they greet me every time I’m here but they also let me try as many samples as I want. They always drop what they are working in in the back and truly make me feel like I’m the important person here. For my birthday a couple months ago my best friend asked them for a cake and asked if they could also do a complex writing. The manager in duty had no problem accommodating my friends request.
The location is also good too. There is enough parking and you can also enjoy your ice cream while shopping in the market place.
The last time I went I really was in the mood for something cold but lactose free. The associate explained that they do make some flavors lactose free but they didn’t carry them at that location. He insisted on having me wait while he located the nearest store with that selection. Kind gesture and ranked ho points of customer service .
Overall a great stop by to grab a good come and try their flavor of the month.

I used to work here years ago and the staff had since changed (obviously) but they are still just as friendly and helpful! They never have any problems with special requests. I was recently talking with one of them after putting up with a wretched, demanding woman. I asked, «how does he put up with people like that??» He simply responded, «I like to see people come in knowing they’re pissed off but can leave satisfied, or smiling.» I left with both! The customer service is outstanding compared to other BR’s I’ve been to. They’re prices here are SO much cheaper and the scoops are WAY bigger than any other BR! Since then I won’t step foot in another BR. It’s worth the extra miles!

You know they make good shakes when all you do afterwards is gas up and leave a trail of exhaust. I don’t know why I ordered a large Pistachio Almond and mint n chip shake but it must have been hot outside! It was straight up goodness except for the pain of the aftermath. I unloaded fumes everywhere I went afterwards!
Service was good and quick. The place was lean and clean.

Came with my parents & was surprised with how nice they were here. Great customer service, my mom always has special orders & they had no problem with everything she requested. They served very well & even got a water from them no problem no extra charges. Great way to keep customers happy :)

This place is alright not the best just alright… could be cleaner .just saying!

I love this place! The staff is friendly and helpful! I ordered the banana split and my sister ordered the cookies and cream ice cream! They were both really delicious. I will definitely be back whenever I’m in the area.

This store seriously needs help. We ordered my nephew’s 2^nd birthday cake from this location and they screwed the whole thing up. We ordered this cake and asked that it be ready on his birthday. Tell me why they called the day before the birthday asking us to pick it up and saying that we forgot it. We picked it up the next day (Which was the correct day requested — it was even written on the order form!), we took the cake home, sung happy birthday only to cut the cake open and find the wrong kind of cake inside. We contacted them asking for another cake and the manager/​owner tried to tell us that it «wasn’t possible» for the cake to be wrong. As if we were lying. He tried to tell us that we were crazy so i took the cake back and the manager stared at the cake as if it were going to change colors before his very eyes. At that point he didn’t want to compensate us, he kept saying. «well since you already cut it open and ate part of it i can only give you half of your money back» — ARE YOU KIDDING ME? we took one piece for the birthday boy! so we weren’t supposed to give my nephew any cake because they screwed up?! wow! they’re utterly ridiculous!
moral of the story — if you want an ice cream cake done correctly go to another baskin robbins. OR better yet, go to Coldstone’s!

I get sooooo excited when on my way to BR!!! I LOVE ice cream, especially anything with chocolate! Mint ‘N’Chip is my all time fave and right now they have Chocolate Oreo which is so rich but good. I usually get 2 scoops of ice cream over a brownie and tons of hot fudge. I have gained 10 pounds since discovering BR 2 years ago, yes i’m a fatass… but a happy fatass :)
I am dying to try one of those ice-​cream cakes but am afraid I will eat the whole thing on my own.
Parking spaces are kinda tight and it’s usually crowded. Wednesday is 2 for 1 sundaes.
It’s so dirty, greasy and messy in here, don’t they ever clean or disinfect? Sometimes it’s too stuffy and hot in here.
