Nice but the guy didn’t ask my name so when they make my drink I won know if it’s mine. I mean wtf? Shiznits!

Great location in Montebello, the service is fast and accurate. I try to come here atleast once a month after mass.

Horrible service this morning the three girls that were working too busty talking to each other to take care of customers! Walked out with cold food after waiting 18 min for a warm guava & cheese Danish! Not happy!

Nothing special its a Starbucks but the parking blows. It has like 4 spots right in front and the rest of the parking is the larger lot adjacent to it. Just an odd location

The environment is much more relaxing and a good spot to study :) service is average. Would recommend smiling more and not seeming so weary. I’ll recommend this spot to study:)

Avoid this place at all costs! I don’t really ever write a review about Starbucks but was quite disappointed with this location. My mother ordered a hot green tea latte and the milk had an aftertaste of fish.
Side note: they don’t wash their steam pitchers after each use! No wonder the latte tastes like fish! Gross!

I have always enjoyed this location. Today, I thought I should write a review… Why? Because the employees were so great today. They greeted everyone. They were social and quick.
Got my two coffees and went on my way.

Out of all the Starbucks I go this one had TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE this girl lupe was so rude and unhelpful. She should learn how to smile or needs her morning coffee.

To me coffee taste burn even if it’s lights roast. I once had to take my coffee cream because it’s nasty taste.

Great morning staff. Has a nice warm home vibe. Excellent service and great coffee. But the people there are very nice and give off a very nice feeling.

This is the worst starbucks I’ve ever been to!!! Rude workers, flies everywhere, took forever, and to top it off they got the order completely wrong! Need I say more? Don’t go here!!! I rather drive further to a better location with nicer employees and where they get the order right!

This location has no drive-​thru and only 13 parking spaces and one is for handicapped parking.
It’s like any other Starbucks. Service is good. If it wasn’t for the parking, I’d be there more.

Hate going to this Starbucks I only go if I REALLY REALLY need to other wise I rather drive far to get my fix. The parking lot is awful! I feel like I have to wait longer to park then for my drink. I always feel rushed when I come here. The baristas are not friendly I feel like they just want you out.
I love Starbucks coffee but I try to avoid this location as much as I can.

Awkward parking situation, no drive-​thru and staff isn’t very friendly.

I’m a fan of Starbucks, and to put it short, I am definitely NOT a fan of this location. The usual experience I have at other locations are positive. At this particular location the employees are rude and completely not attentive. They flat out refused a simple request that I have been serviced at other locations.
Good thing there are so many options when it comes to Starbucks locations because I won’t be returning to this one.

This Starbucks is the worse I’ve ever been to, I only came here cuz I was near by and had some time to kill before my appointment. There’s not enough parking so if you park on the side closer to the shopping center you gotta walk by a trash dumpster! You will not find peace and quiet here, people were hanging out in there as if it were a club! Lame people !

There are gnats flying around in the bakery case, ewwww. Very small. There is no drive thru or outdoor sitting. Customer service is good though.

I was in the mood for an iced mocha so I pulled over to get a fix. This place was busy but the service was fast and the mocha was perfect.

Pros:
Friendly service. Drinks taste great.
Lots of big windows giving you a view of a busy intersection. Large tables and comfy wooden chairs.
Cons: No drive-​thru. Crappy parking lot. Restaurant could use some sweeping.
Otherwise, would come back!

I don’t usually come to this one because it’s always packed with a bunch of overgrown hipsters and little kids looking to get some. But I needed my craving satisfied and like like a 5 min drive away from me.
I ordered about 3 times at this place and each time was something different. The first time I came here was when I moved towards this area and I was excited cuz it was so close to me among other things! I ordered a green tea frape with caramel. 20 minutes later my drink is ready and they forgot my caramel. But I didn’t feel like waiting so I just left.
2^nd time I had a sleepover and me and my friend walked over. The place was full bit no one was ordering drinks the staff were just talking amongst themselves. We ordered 8 drinks. 4 caramel frapes, 2 vanilla beans, I green tea on rocks, 2 lattes, and my green tea frape with caramel, 40 min later our drinks come out… good news though my frape had caramel in it! Like a lot… like at least half an inch worth of caramel on the bottom of the cup… oooo how I miss you Rosemead Starbucks you know how to «drizzle».
3^rd time me and 2 other friends of mine were working on building my new desk for my room! (Supah nice btw) and they were working so hard I offered to buy everyone something to drink. Headed out to SB and orders a sea salt caramel hot drink idk the name lol, green tea, and a caramel frappé, 30 min later!!! Just like last time there was no one ordering drinks!!! It wasn’t busy at all I don’t understand why each time they take so long to make it… Got my drink with no cup holders… or a straw for the frapes but the guy behind me who ordered 2 drinks got his BEFORE ME and he had straws in them.
Overall:
They take forever
Their drinks are really sweet
They over exaggerate the caramel syrup
They take forever
