Homeland Gun Safes

Bought a safe here and everything turned out very well. I’m only giving them 3 stars because of customer service. I emailed them a couple times to possibly get another shelf, but no response. Just makes me wonder about future warranty responses.

Ordered, built, and delivered within a week. I was told at most it would take two weeks. Good luck finding a quality safe with free delivery and set up. Most safes are delivered to the driveway, and have freight shipping. I chose my color, hinge placement, & interior color. The delivery guys were great.

The low review is strictly based on the customer service I received at the end of the transaction. After speaking with the sales rep at the location, I was ready to purchase the safe. Upon delivery I was very pleased with the safe except that it was missing holes for bolting down, something that was specifically covered. Shame on me for not realizing our conversation would need to be written verbatim on the invoice and then assuming that it would be taken care of. The phone call during delivery is what warrants this rating. I was told by the sales rep, in a condescending tone, that I could just drill the holes myself or send it back. After spending that amount of money, I would expect a lot better customer service and a little more concern for an unhappy customer. I am very displeased with my experience. With all that being said, the safe is very nice and it is nice that it’s built right there. The tour really let’s you know you’re getting what you’re paying for.

Very happy with my new safe. Always answered my inquires, custom built for my needs. Even let me change dimensions of container after ordering! Delivered with care, Very cool, got to choose my color of container, hardware, pin striping, and custom logo. Zero interest financing, Many interior options… colors shelving lighting.
I looked at a lot of safes, and companies. I even quit and decided not to get one, before I found a youtube video on Homeland Safes. If you are going to buy a safe why not get a real one?
