Awesome breakfast. I got chilaquiles with over medium eggs and bacon. Eggs were cooked perfectly and everything tastes great! The prices were super cheap. Thanks!

Beware this food is not what other Unilocalers say it is! I ordered chile reyenos yes they were fresh but had 2 ounces of greese in them. Beans were ok. Salsa was good rice was crunchy and raw yumm! I hope i dont get sick! My advice stay away!

Hidden place, very well worth it to look for. Food was delicious the server was extremely nice… The food was delicious and prices are great!!! Definitely coming back! Micheladas were GREAT!!!

I love love this place! The food is so good n the customer service is great it’s so hard to find a spot to chill n good food. I’m such a picky eater, n this place gets 5 stars I highly recommend it

Stopped by after reading the Unilocal reviews and had a little time for lunch. I was not a big fan of the chips they were a little stale for me. Ordered the shrimp quesadilla and a side of beans. The beans were delicious! The shrimp was very flavorful and they were generous with it. There was way more onions then I prefer but the flavors made up for it.

The one thing you HAVE TO TRY when you come here is the Marlin fish tacos. Best fish tacos I’ve ever tried. Their sauce that they put it in is delicious. They also have amazing pozole! Normally I only like home made because restaurant soups taste so plain but this was so good. definitely recommend you try here if you want a home-​like meal!

Let me just say, best Mexican food I had in a long time!!! I’ll for sure be eating this food again…

I’m a new customer and gave them 2 chances. I really wanted to like this place because it’s so close to me. I went in for breakfast burritos and was very specific on what I wanted on the burritos because one of my kids is super picky. I asked for just bacon, eggs and beans. Very simple! I get home and half of my order was wrong which was not a big deal, my main concern was to get the picky child to eat. I called and they said they would fix and to go back and pick it up. Picked up the new burrito opened it up to whole beans either straight out of the can or straight from the refrigerator. They make their burritos with smashed beans not whole beans from what I was told. The whole beans were super cold and both burritos ended up I the trash. Very disappointed!

My review is for my visit on 8÷6÷15. So I swung by the gas station on the corner of Washington and Passons and while I was day dreaming pumping gas I looked over and noticed a man holding a sign that read «Tacos 75 cents»!! Since I love tacos and a bargain I immediately drove over to the strip mall corner that it’s tucked away and stepped inside to what was about to be my new taco place.
I ended up asking the woman working what meat was good for my first taco and she smiled and said it was the Asada and she noted I’d like it a lot! So of course I went with her suggestion and ordered one taco to-​go and hurried to my car so I could try it in foody secrecy since I was about to embark on a taste bud adventure of a 75 cent taco from a place I’d never even noticed till five minutes earlier.
Ok so let me start by first saying it was very fresh and the aroma of the seasoned meat was amazing and I was very surprised how delicious and moist the meat was and immediately said out loud «oh shoot» and then I finished it!!! I went back inside and ordered another taco to-​go and let the woman at the register know I really enjoyed the taco and her response was, «I told you it was good»!! No joke I thought she was a funny lady and I could tell she knew her food was legit!
So cutting back to the taco the hot sauce they put on the taco was bold with a rich tomato taste but not too hot that it overwhelmed the overall taste. They tossed a little bit of onions and cilantro on top that complimented the overall flavor.
Now you’re probably wondering why I’m babbling on about a single taco and it’s purely because the taco was that good and I believe a place like this deserves the props when props are due!
So if you’re driving around Pico or West Whittier looking for tacos and wanna try a new place go ahead and swing by this place and get a few Asada tacos and be sure to check ‘em out either they are 75 cents or not!

$ 1.99 breakfast burrito. Cant beat it. I got a chorizon burrito and it was very tasty. I will be back forsure.

They are NEVER open!!! They have a sign that says mon-​thur 6am-​10pm and this is the 3^rd Tuesday i show up and nothing!!!

Came to try this place because of the reviews TRIED because we tried to open the doors and it had a chain locked from the Inside! The doors were unlocked so you can sneak a hand in there and the sign says open so what gives?! Didn’t see anybody in there so we just left hungry

First time here at this restaurant and it was good service was good and quick, I will be back here again

Aaammmaaazzzzing. Food is perfect, prices are great and the staff is so friendly.
Their menudo is delish! And their fish tacos is a must try!

I love mexican food stop by for the first time didn’t know what to get some many good selection put I wet for the pork chille verde it was the best I be back

The Chiles Rellenos plate was very good and authentic like my moms used to be. The portions were more than I could eat, with enough to take home for seconds. I would have taken a picture but I was to hungry to wait. The service was good scale 1 – 10 an 8.

This place absolutely rocks traditional Mexican food with a modern twist the nachos were off the chain not to mention the Aguas frescas were just the right amount of sweetener you got stop by and have. Taste before they blow up and turn in to a Mexican fast food chain
