Nuvision Windows and Doors

This service, plain and simple, is the PITS. The only thing commendable about them is they’re CHEAP. Their windows are CHEAP, their customer service is CHEAP and, far from representing themselves as a professional company, are across-​the-​board CHEAP.
They installed a new door but made the frame too small for the security doors to go back on. Three weeks went by and after several non-​returned calls to Francisco, I went on YouTube to try to figure it out myself. (Being a rank amateur, I didn’t know what I was doing.) After finagling around for an hour with it, I finally discovered the frame was too small to accommodate the door. To top it off I found a pencil mark on the top door jamb which was marked off indicating where a cut should be made from the previous worker. Obviously they had intended to reinstall the door but when they found it was too big, they went vamoos.
They also installed the door incorrectly in that it was not made level as the light filtering in through the crack in the door demonstrated.
One of the most frustrating feelings in the world is to blow smoke into the air and know it will do no good. I’ve thought about leaving disparaging messages on the salesman’s phone (when the «message box» is not full), or driving into Pico Rivera and creating a scene with the head honcho. But what’s the use? The money’s spent and the damage is done.
AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE AND INFORM EVERYBODY YOU KNOW TO DO LIKEWISE.

I ordered Windows from nuvision Windows. They installed 10 windows. One was totally installed incorrectly. They do not answer their phones! They leave a lot to be desired as far as customer service. Will contact my credit card company to request a refund. I’ve called them for weeks. Finally spoke with
Their so called manager, Fernando Morales, what a sad example for a manager. No accountability for scheduling and maintaining any appointments. Please do not use them. Most do not speak english. Give you a certificate that they totally do not stand by. Save yourself time and money. Use a reputable company. Buyer be careful is a slight and mild suggestion. Do not use!

Do not purchase windows from this company. They do not believe in customer satisfaction and do not know what they are doing. They started to put in a bay window and haven’t finished. Two weeks gone by and have yet to install the other four windows we ordered and finish what they started. We keep getting the run around. They don’t seem to understand or speak English and it looks like they don’t have licensed contractors! So buyer beware!
