Pretty big place. I liked the fact that they had two ordering kiosks so you can order on your own if you wanted to. There are plenty of rooms and even a separate room with tables to study at. Great study location.

I wonder why we go to the Corner Bakery instead of the local Panera because it really is just a Soup, Sandwich and Salad joint. Went to the Pico Rivera version of Panera Bread on Saturday night and we were very disappointed. I was dumb enough to order the Thai Garden(I thought it was salad) bowl and also a cup of French Onion so I had two soups for dinner. Both were Luke warm when served and my girlfriends salad had soggy croutons. Just a bad experience all around. Listen Linda!!! Go to the Corner Bakery, better food, better service and more value.

The cashiers are great, good customer service but the reason for my bad rating is for the waiter, very rude and took long to warm up my soup and then I needed an extra spoon and he took 15 min on purpose. Bad service never going back

The customer service is great. To go service is horrible. I work next door and the orders always seem to take upwards of 15 – 20 mins just to fill, even if no one is waiting in line or ahead in the preparing que. If it wasn’t the only healthy option around I wouldn’t waste my time here. I usually am only left with 5 mins to eat on my breaks. They need to figure out a enter way to accommodate to go customers.

I always order from here for the salads. It’s Panera so you figure you can’t go wrong. Until I just found a piece of HAIR in my salad. GROSS. I won’t be ordering from here again. Enough said.

This location is clean and nice. The service is fast and friendly. The lines build up but with fast service u don’t even feel the wait. The food is good as panera gets. The only downfall was that there wasn’t any lemonade when I got there. But still awesome.

Ok this Panera bread by my house but the service is horrible and so is the amount they give you. I added 30 cents extra of cheese to my salad and I got it with no cheese then it took them about 10 minutes to bring me a tiny side of cheese. Literally so tiny. Also they sometimes run out of ingredients and don’t tell you. And usually run out of bread rolls at night. Blah! Love the food but Idk. Reading other reviews I really hope the manager does look at their Unilocal because every customer seems to have the same problem with this place! Under supplied, orders being wrong, and not enough for what you pay for. Come on panera!

Probably the best Panera bread in this area, of course it’s the only Panera bread in this area. I love the design of this location because they have a separate back dining room which is great for small meetings and parties. I usually sit back there when I’m studying. Studying here is awesome because I don’t have to leave to get something to eat compared to studying at a library, where either you starved or take up 30mins+ getting food plus losing your spot. You can order online and in 5 – 10 minutes, your food arrives directly to your table! This location is always clean and all the workers are always polite and cheerful! The only down side is that they cannot carry certain items such as certain espresso drinks due to a non compete clause because there is a Starbucks across the way in the same plaza. Anyways, like I said you can reserve the back room for meetings and parties, get this, at no cost! Well no cost to reserve the space(like no deposit required) Each person needs to order min $ 10 or just do what I did and order a couple of platters… You can reserve the spot for 2 – 4 hrs.(I’ve literally seen a tupperware party in there) Being on a budget I had no clue where to hold my rugrat’s bday party, and throw in the fact that it’s winter and«el Nino» upon us, I wanted my guest having fun yet comfortable, so the park was out of the question. I wasn’t expecting a lot of people and other venues were ridiculously expensive(most wanted $ 200+ for two pizzas and juice boxes for a very limited number of guest before they start charging extra), plus this place allowed me to provide better and healthier food for my guest! So as I was studying here one day, chomping on my sesame bagel, it dawned on me, why not here?! Light bulb! It’s great because they allow you to decorate and if I ran out of something(running out of food/beverages is always a concern) I just whip out my phone and order and it gets delivered or if I needed more plates, utensils, etc., they provided it, at no extra cost! Not to mention that after I removed the decoration, they did the rest of the clean up!!! The staff was very accommodating as well as helpful when I was deciding the best food options!(they allowed me to modify and mix up the platter) So have your small get together here, it’s practical, convenient and cost efficient! Just reserve and order your food 1 – 2 days ahead, that’s it! FYI, I had like 20 adults and 15 kids

Today was, my first time at Panera Bakery Café’, place is very nice, I also liked that They have the Kiosks to make orders. However I noticed the rest of my party ended up waiting through the line to order and they ended up getting their food first, even tho we had finished ordering at the same time. Anyways in the end it was worth the wait. The food is very good, I got pick the two. I got chili and the chipotle avocado chicken sandwich with steak added to it, with backed chips and a strawberry banana smoothie with ginseng. It was so good, I ended up ordering more food for later in the day.

This place does sandwiches, soup, and salads right! The fresh ingredients make every dish so flavorful. I love the broccoli cheese soup. I often order it alone and take it home to enjoy. The fresh breads are amazing and preservative free!

it’s not the food, its the people that work there. I couldn’t get an order right if their lives counted on it. It’s a real shame because they have a potential for being a great place to eat. But with the food already over priced, you at least expect the order to be correct. I am sitting here staring at the sandwich that I ordered, that I will not be eating. I ordered a simple plain Chicken Frontega —instead I got burnt red peppers/guacamole, cilantro, and? God knows what else thrown on the bread. Wish I could share a picture of it. Disgusting.

Today is a good day… today is a really really really good today. Today I found out I passed my NCLEX-RN and that means I am finally a Registered Nurse! Why am I posting all this here… no one cares haha… tell us about the food and service you say… lol well it’s all relevant. I spent about 9 days at this Panera Bread — Each time I stayed for 2 – 8 hours studying for this darn exam. My favourite booth was table 61… because it had a power outlet and it was close to the restroom. Anyways… this is an amazing place to study. The wifi works beautifully and the staff are pretty friendly. I think the best thing really was that I could order from my computer by logging onto the panera bread website and selecting«order from my table». So yes more time for study haha. I legit has breakfast, lunch and dinner here most days! So yes I contribute my success to panera bread for having an awesome study spot for me. I thank the staff for being friendly and for not making strange faces at me as I stayed at panera for 8 hours a day. One comment… mainly for the people who eat here. Clean up after your darn self. It’s my understanding that if you don’t tip somewhere then you clean up after yourself! It mind boggles me when I see people arrive, look at a table, make a big stink because the table is not clean… ANDTHEN when they leave they leave the table in the same mess… entitled much? If you are going to leave a giant mess at least tip!

I’ve been trying to come to Panera so badly to try out their famous bread soups all my coworkers have been talking about, so I decided to come here today and ordered a chicken bread soup to go, as soon as get home I immediately poured it on the bread bowl and was dissapointed of how little amount of soup I got for the $ 6.04 I paid and to top it off the chicken soup was very plain with only 2 tiny pieces of chicken so I felt like I basically paid for the darn piece of bread, I could’ve just bought a Campbells soup at the grocery store… I definately won’t be coming back ever again.

I always hear a lot of buzz about Panera Bread, so I decided to give it a try for my self and I went to have dinner with some family. I ordered the Alfredo Chicken Tortellini and it was very poor tasting, I don’t like to return food or compliant about it, because I always have a saying if you gave your customers that dish I’m going to assume that’s the best you can do and why get your chefs or cooks mad and make them do something again that they could have done a good job in the beginning to impress us the customers so that we can return back. This was my complaint and I’m only going to speak for my self, but my family had a similar situation. The tortellini was dry and not covered in Alfredo sauce so it shouldn’t be called Alfredo, second my chicken was pink which I was scared to even try and the bread served with it was hard as a rock and being that it’s a bakery Panera should be serving fresh bread. My dish only came with 2 pieces of chicken and to top it off it was way over priced, I could have had a nice plate at an Italian restaurant. See for yourself in the picture. Will not come back to this Panera at least.

I placed a catering order and didn’t realize I placed it for tomorrow, it was supposed to be for today. I arrived and they immediately helped me even though it’s lunch and they’re about to hit rush hour. I’m flattered impressed and pleasantly surprised. They’re getting my order ready in 30 mins and giving me updates. They are incredible the manager is VERY helpful they have amazing employees.

I had their French onion soup a while back and it was disgusting. I haven’t had panera since. I used to always go to the panera in Cerritos and never had a complain. So today I came in to get a hair cut at supcuts next door and decided to get a tea or coffee I decided to get a chi tea latte but when I walked in no one was at the registers I waited like 5 mins for anyone to come out. A chunty lady popped out and asked if I was ready to order. I said um yea after waiting in pretty sure I’m ready. I asked for the chi tea and i asked for soy milk she said they don’t have it but they have almond milk I said ok. I get charged 4.50 I was like what… And they charged me for almond milk with out even telling me. I mean if you’re going to charge me more at least have the decency of telling me.

Typical Panera: Now Open until 10pm on most nights! 1) Messy floors and crumbs all over the places 2) Ice Coffee is Excellent 3) Park in the Lowe’s section then simply walk over to the café, it’s much easier 3) There’s always pretty girls here, so that makeups for the messy floors and bread crumbs… Wink…Wink.

So I am currently eating my delicious, late night dinner at this particular establishment. Food is good as usual, even at this time of night(9:15PM) but, as my girlfriend and I sat down a young man was walking around interrupting my and the other patrons meals hawking some sort of «superfruit energy juice». Now I understand that is is/was late but this man and his«business partner» just walk around handing out pamphlets and sitting at other patrons tables as the employees cast a blind eye. I just want to eat in peace without being heckled. Come on Panera, let me and the other patrons enjoy our meals in peace!

A complete textbook version of incompetence. Every single interaction with this place is HORRIBLE. They are beyond terrible. I place catering orders and simply ask, «can you please email me the receipt?»…It never gets sent. Over and over and over again. This place is horrible. I would not come here because somehow, they will screw something up for you.

It was Wednesday night and no one wanted to cook so we decided on soup and a sandwich. We walked in and ordered. The cashier was very friendly and very helpful when asked what she recommends. We had the pick two, I had the steak and white cheddar panini with a French onion soup. Steak was a little cold but I have to admit it was tasty complimented very well when dipping it in the soup. The French onion soup was cheesy and comforting. My wife had the frontega chicken panini with a French onion soup. She thought her sandwich was really good. Will be going back. It’s convenient, good and great comfort food.

Paid about $ 47.00 for three sandwiches and some Mac n cheese. My brother ordered some sort of steak sandwich and got a skimpy portion on a dry stale piece of bread. He asked the waiter there if this is how much meat they’re supposed to add to it he said, «Ya, it’s typically that size.» It had one and a half slice of salami. Terrible excuse of a sandwich. I usually don’t take this much time writing a review but for the amount of money we paid they should provide a better portion.

It’s a Panera, their food isn’t my favorite, but we came to this location with a group. From the moment that we walked in, the wait to order took a while. We saw their new option to order via credit card on their tablets, but had some questions about menu items so opted to line up. Our cashier wasn’t really knowledgeable about the menu because she had no idea what the pasta dish was asking about contained(even after reading the generic description). The bread that comes with your meal was so hard and inedible. Two things worth mentioning: 1) their iced tea selection never disappoints 2) you can add a cookie to your meal for an extra $ 1(not after they ring you up) This particular Panera is in a busy complex. Parking isn’t impossible, but you probably won’t find a close parking spot. Unilocal 100 Challenge — 96 of 100

When I’m around Pico Rivera, I like to come eat here. It’s always lonely and quiet. The food here is pretty good, I always get the chipotle chicken panini, recommend it: p And they’re soups on bread bowls and salads are good too! The service here is good as well. Only thing I hate is that it’s pretty far but they’re finally building one around Beverly Hills which will be much closer to me: D

I just love coming to this Panera especially because it is in my home town. The staff greet you the minute you walk through their doors making you feel welcome. Always busy here yet the service is fast and your food is always served the way you ordered it. There are many options to choose from. They have a great selection of sandwiches, salad, and soups and who can forget their yummy pastries and great waffles. The Pick Two option is great as you can choose between a half sandwich, soup, or salad. The coffee are always fresh and you will always find your favorite any time of the day. I love the fact that they write the time they brewed the coffee so you know it’s fresh. The restaurant is nice and spacious and you can always be sure you will find a seat whether inside or outside and who can forget their free wifi. So you can always bring your laptop and work while you enjoy your meal.

I’m a fan of Panera Bread and this location. I don’t go here often because it is a little more than I want to pay for a simple lunch, but the seating arrangement and the little fireplace are nice and cozy every once in a while. The employees have always said hi or welcome when I walk through the door. Although they may be a little slow at times(especially with to go orders, dang!) and they seem to always forget to put bacon on my husband’s usual extra charge(because of the bacon) grilled cheese, they always seem to make up for it with a friendly attitude. The tables are always wiped down quickly and the floor is usually clear of trash and food. My picks tend to be good comfort food. I recommend their broccoli cheddar soup. I’m not crazy about the baguette that goes alongside it, though. I’m just not a bread person is all. I just split that up for my dogs at home. No food is wasted in my house or through my purchases!(Well, usually.) The mac & cheese is also a good go to option. The sandwiches are okay, especially if you do a half and half on a soup or salad. One time they gave me a free mango smoothie, but I wasn’t crazy about it at all. I like their regular brewed iced tea. The fill-it-yourself refreshments are in an odd place and the first time you visit there they don’t tell you exactly where that is. If you don’t like the boxed organic milk, just asked for a glass of regular milk. Sometimes they don’t fill it all the way to the top, so I say«Fill ‘er up all the way please!» Milk’s expensive these days! We use the Panera rewards card and get a free pastry after a few trips there. The cinnamon crunch scone is the only one I’ve tried, but it was so good. Restrooms are usually clean. There is free WIFI, but I’ve never used it on a laptop… Can’t wait to try a morning bagel here! Review #227
