I stopped by to pick up dinner for myself and my son. There were 2 girls working there. One of the girls Desiree kept leaving the place even though the line kept getting longer and longer. The one girl left alone was really trying to do her best with the load and kept apologizing. I was waiting in line about 15 minutes before I got to place my order. At one point Desiree came in stood by the cash register just looking at the other girl working. 4 customers walked out. Finally Desiree goes around the counter and starts TRYING to help her coworker the while time making faces like she was annoyed to be there, she had more important things to do assuming in the parking lot where she kept heading to. I felt so bad for the subway employee that was left alone. She gave us all cookies and kept apologizing for the wait. Desiree gotta go! She doesn’t know what customer service is! I ended up only getting a meal for my son, I just wanted to get out of there asap.

Extremely upsetting! I asked for the 6in $ 6 meal and I added extra tuna and bacon for an extra $ 1.25 so then why did they charge me for the sandwich only… and then want to charge me for the drink and chips separately for an extra $ 3.25 I was so confused so I asked them about it and they insisted that it was for the meats… Wtf? Do they not know how to do basic math? I was gonna end up paying almost $ 10 for a $ 6 meal ok $ 7 for the extras no one could help or charge me appropriately so I just left it behind It’s RIDICULOUS that they can’t even charge customers right

I really hope management reads these reviews!!! Marlene is rude, unorganized and messy. I don’t know if she was upset or having a bad day but she definitely took out her aggressions on my sandwich. She asked me what kind of bread I wanted and when I indicated she had the wrong bread she quickly gave me an eye roll turned around got the right bread and threw it at the counter. All my topping where thrown on. She was helping another man while doing my sandwich and when the man pointed out that he didn’t want jalapeños she again rolled her eyes at him, scooped up the jalapeños full of mustard and mayo and tossed them back into the jalapeño bin. Thank god another employee by the name of Karen came out to help and finish my order because Karen was completely the opposite of Marlene.

This Subway location has really gone downhill… I used to come here for lunch quite often, but lately it takes FOREVER to get a sandwich. Today it took 20 minutes for 4 people to go through the line, so that alone disappointed me because I did not have too much time for lunch. Additionally, I’m somewhat of a picky eater… the two things I hate most are canned tuna and mayonnaise. As luck would have it, the customer behind me had a tuna sandwich with extra mayo. now this is usually not a problem at Subway, as they’re pretty good about keeping sandwiches separate, but not these guys… I’ll chuck it up to carelessness, but I don’t see why they had to put our sandwiches right next to each other where they overlapped and I got mayo and tuna all over my glorious meatball sub. Bit disappointed in their sandwich workmanship… for that they get 2 stars. There are way better places in Pico that will give you better food for the same price in the same time period.

Awefully slow service. Got half the amount of cheese and was told I had to pay extra to get cheese on my footlong. Crew unclear on pricing options. Cashier didn’t know if they accepted MasterCard. Won’t be back to this location.

The customer service is great! This is the first subway I go to that they are friendly and greet you as you walk in. I’m not too sure if the girl’s name was Yadira, but she was very friendly and made my sandwich really fast. You should have more people like her! Place looks pretty clean

The skinny Hispanic girl with glasses is super rude. She rang me up, gave me a receipt, and walked away. No thank you, have a good day. This is not just one incident with her. Everytime I go in she is short and has an attitude when you don’t order or respond with the«right» answer. I would rather get off on Washington and go to the other subway than waste my time here even though this one is closer. The short Hispanic girl is always nice and super helpful!
Fast friendly service received at this location conveniently located by my home. The gentleman behind the counter made My sandwich fast and I was paying before I knew it. The location is not that big but it is really clean and has a coupe of tables so that you can sit and enjoy your meal. I’ve been here a coupe of times with my kids and we always receive good service.

See my Tip. Simply put, those that made my sub were running around like chickens with their head cut off and at the end one drips soup in my take out bag and half cleans it. Leaving enough to get on my hand when I picked up my sub. Luckily they gave me one napkin to clean it off. The cashier was had forgot that she still owed me my change. I asked to talked to the Manager but was told the manager was not in yet.

I love Subway, but i’ve always tried to avoid this location. It’s conveniently around where I reside in but the customer service is usually terrible. Especially when there’s young people serving you food. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a young adult myself but some of these kids will literally talk to people they know while taking your order or just be straight out rude. Nobody wants to be talked over while you’re getting your order. Customer service counts by a lot. Sometimes, depending on the person they will skimp on ingredients. I’m keeping my eye on you, Subway. You might lose a few customers with your customer service.

Cute ‘old man’ that works at this location; I appreciate his efficient service. He was diligent with a warm smile; showing people how service should be. Chris.: He rings you up and throws you out without packing your food in a subway bag. Not just to me, but also to 2 people in front of me in line. So great of him to show his character. Suck it up kid and make the most of it, we all go through it.

Last time I went the trainee made my sandwich so wrong. You’re probably thinking how if you literally tell them what to put on it. Here’s how. She wasn’t even listening! Worst sandwich ever. I asked for the salami sandwich which comes with spicy salami but I didn’t want spicy salami. She put five slices of salami. Every sandwich is supposed to have a total of ten slices, so instead of spicy she has to put regular salami but according to her you can’t do that. Then I asked for lettuce tomatoe and cucumber, instead I got tomatoe cilantro vinegar and salt and pepper. Wtf?

I frequent this location for two reasons: 1) I freaking love subway 2) it’s pretty close to home This location has yet to let me down. It’s always been clean when I’ve gone in, soda area included. The staff have always been courteous, and have never messed up my sandwich. They make it perfectly every time. The only bad point is that on two occasions, the key to the bathroom has gotten locked inside.

Came here on a friday, on my way out of town. It was around 6pm. No people. Did have an A. Place is very small. Had like 4 people behind the counter. Food was ok, standard. Otherwise, things i didnt like. The ATM was busted, so was only taking cash. Didnt get a receipt, and my meal was exactly 5 bucks for a 6 inch sub and chips? Deal or not. Otherwise, all in all, it was ok. The joint served its purpose.

Absolute crap! I waited forever with only two people in front, they kept screwing up my order and had to re-do my order when the idiot put vinegar, all of that(the best part) and I get to the end and I try paying with debit and«sorry no debit right now». So I just left wasting my time and theirs and the people behind me.

This place sucks!!! Do not go to this Subway!!! employees are rude and the veggies are not fresh. I went with my mom few days ago at about 7:30pm the 3 girls that were working were already putting things away and washing up, i had to repeat my bread selection, the sub i wanted and the veggies three times cause the girl was too busy chatting with her coworkers then another girl brought back the tub they keep the sauces in dripping wet, the water dripped onto my sub and when i asked the girl to make me another one she very rudely asked why«Umm beacuse your friend just dripped water on it thats why!» after that the girl was even more rude. Its the closest Subway to my house but I’ll never go there again!!!

This place does not deserve an A rating. I would say«B» for cleanliness and a «D» for working the line efficiently. It only took me 5 minutes to walk here for my lunch, but took me 15 minutes to get through the line when there were only 5 people in front of me. So most of my lunch was spent walking to and from and waiting in line. I won’t be coming back ever. If you don’t mind wasting half your lunch then come here, if you do then I suggest going to another Subway. Oh, and if you want a fountain drink, just ignore the almost overflowing moat in the tray below the dispensers.
