Damn cool spot. Very clean, cozy country/western motif. Friendly and nice bar Chicks. The patio is relaxing back yard style.

Cool place to have a few beers at a cheap price. The burgers are good. I wish they would update and remodel some things but what can you expect at low prices right. If your single, its not the best spot to hook up unless your into cougars. But hey, everyone had thier poison.

Cool little place in the middle of a neighborhood in Pico Rivera. They have a nice outside patio to kick back at, they have reserved bike parking spaces if you are stopping in after a ride, they play some good music, and the best thing is the Ice cold beer and great burgers!

This bar really sucks. I live in the surrounding neighborhood, and have even been to the bar once just to check it. It really does suck. The bathroom smells horribly putrid. The service is not very good, and besides this stuff… just as a neighbor, I really want to see this bar shut down. It is a serious nuisance. Let’s talk about the bikers. They are all losers. A ritual when they start leaving, is to rev their motors so hard that it honestly sounds like they are going to blow their motors. The music… even as I write this review, sucks hard. Their idea of live music is having a band come in, with a singer that is just horrible and out of key, and so much louder than the band. I’m starting to wonder if they are doing karaōke. My neighbors and I really hate this place and want it shut down. They have no business being right near a bunch of houses with older people and families with small children. I vote that they be forced out of business.

A security guard got shot in the face here last night trying to break up a fight. News said the fight was gang related. Ghetto! Stay away. Hope the security guard pulls thru.

I could not give The Wagon more than 3 stars. Seriously, this place is cool and all and i’d come back but even the hottest chick in Kentucky can never be a Cali ten. If ur looking to whet your whistle and nothing much else, ok maybe the music, this might be ur joint. If u could bring the party this place might get 4 stars.

Gave this place another shot. If you’re in the mood for ice cold beer and a great homemade burger this is your place.

I go to this bar once in awhile on the way home from work or out of the blue on my day off. Its a small place in Pico Rivera that serves beer and I think wine. The Burgers are pretty good here also. The crowd has been cool for the most part. The crowd consists of locals from the area, people that ride, tatted individuals, Latinas, and hard working beer drinkers. Inside there’s some raider stuff up on the walls, dart boards, and a few flat screens. I am a fan of this place and like going here. Some people may bash it and say its a bad crowd or a dive. My advice is if your a respectful individual that likes reasonably priced beer, you can make small talk and keep it cool, then check it out youll probably like it. If your hyper sensitive, snobby, or immature it may not be for you.

Great littke hole in the wall if you want some cheap beer and good conversation. This place has its regulars for sure but doesn’t make you feel uncomfortable. Best thing about this place is the burger. Home made and taste great. Nothing to special but a go to bar on a boring day or night.

So, I read here on Unilocal about top-notch burgers/amazing, cool family dive/biker bar. so we decided to ride our bikes up to the bar, check it out… Maybe we could add this to our list of weekend hangout places. NOT! We got there about 2 o’clock in the afternoon on a Sunday, and there was seven other people there besides us two. We sat up to the bar to order a beer. Now — granted, the prices were great… where else do you get a bottle of beer for three bucks… Problem was we sat there for 20 minutes, as four employees walked back and forth past us, but no bartender… For 20 minutes. Whatever… Then we decided to take the dive and order a burger. Another big mistake… Barmaid informed us that it would be «impossible» for her to go in the back and cook us a hamburger… because they were” busy cooking in the back”. Two minutes later she brought out two burgers for another two people seated at the bar. We left… Two middle fingers up for this place… We ended up going to Fuddruckers for a decent hamburger… And cheaper than the wagon wheel I might add.

Absolutely love this dive/biker bar. Have been coming over a year and its hit & miss. You will encounter the regulars who are all super friendly, tons of cougars, and the tough biker dudes. The burgers here are amazing, make sure you get them with grilled onions. They only serve beer & coolers. And cash only. weekends they usually have a BBQ and a DJ playing. I wish they’d do something about the seedy element taking over the bar in the evenings, they make it unpleasant.

Awesome place to have a brew. I love that everyone knows my name. Where else can you drink a cold Tecate while listening to I’m your puppet and run into your vata Tia?

I went back again the other evening just for a burger. The bartender that took the order seemed a little confused and flustered. She made us our burgers and they were made wrong. No biggie I guess. When she came to collect payment it was while I was EATING and she waited there til I pulled the burger out of my mouth to give her money and then she left. I found this a little akward and rude — Why didn’t she collect at the very beginning or waited til we were kinda done? Whatever. I was hungry.

PARTOFTHEDIRTBAGRUNREVIEWSERIES: Nestled in the nook between Whittier Narrows and Rose Hills Cemetary is a great little oasis called the Wagon Wheel Bar. As one would suspect about such a dive, it is often full of regulars and the occasional adventurous spirit. The drinks are straight forward no nonsense, and the prices for beer and alcohol are among the cheapest around. A seeming favorite of the biker crowd, this little gem manages to balance bad-@ss and nice to meet you. The staff is nice and, even on busy nights, make sure to be quick on the reload. I have not experienced their bbq or their burgers, as I only stopped in for a cold one, though the patrons speak highly of the cook. They have karaōke, darts/pool, jukebox, dj, and other run of the mill dive bar extravagance, but trust me, there is never a dull time from the looks of the folks coming here. They even have private events, as my friend and I discovered the Friday leading up to Valentine’s Day. No worries Wagon Wheel, we still love ya! I totally dig the feel the patrons and folks lounging about give this place, and while it’s kinda sobering to see Rose Hill’s neon light glare at you when you come out of there, there is nothing dead about the place. Heck being a fan of Sons of Anarchy, and always having had the biker bug, only confirms what I knew all along… Bikers know how to ride, drink, fight, and have a damn good time. As a rule, I only take cash to dives, not sure if they take card here. As for bathroom, I’m a dude, so I can’t review that stuff, so ladies you on your own there. Ride on.

A cool«family» dive/biker bar. Have a beer and chat up one of the great regulars about bikes, beer or whatever else. Amazing juke. Sundays they have a barbecue… I will be back for a burger soon.
