Ok so me and my son whent to use the bathroom we were the only ones there its just a urinal and a stall so as im fixing his pants a little kids voice said BE QUIET my son looked at me like wtf so I went to the stall and there was no one there I told a lady that worked there and she said yes that the mc donalds is haunted and that they hear voices and see shadows it triped me out

This mcdonalds is great. The lines move quick when you go through drive thru. Also The employees are really nice. I’ve been going to this location for 10 + years and I can honestly say they have never gave me a wrong order. As far as inside the restroom is very clean. I just read a review that there are homeless people living behind little cs… which is ridiculous that has nothing to do with mcdonalds because that’s across the street.

Within walking distance to this fine establishment there are two methadone clinics and this McDonalds is a favorite hangout to those patients and there sweet tea fixes :). Also a friendly reminder bring lots of spare change just in case your new besties need it Come for the sweet tea leave with memories that will forever stay with you

I love the customer service here… Amazingly nice staff. I’ve have been coming to this Mc D’s for years and they just get it, your order is correct, they take care of the customer. Their management team is great. I moved to La Puente where the Mc D’s is 2 mns away from my house and i completely avoid going there do to poor customer service and too many errors on my order. Keep up the great work. see you tomorrow :) for my morning coffee.

I have been coming here for years and years and they have the friendliest staff out of any McDonalds I’ve been to! I mainly go for breakfast, but from time to time I go during the day or late at night. I never eat inside and only use the drive-​thru. The only problems with this location are the situation with the drive-​thru and all the homeless people wandering around in the alley nearby. People don’t have courtesy when it comes to drive-thru’s and I have had a few too many issues with that. They need to fix it so that there is only one way to drive in (kind of like when In ‘N’ Out puts up those cones). Also, the homeless men who live in the alley really ruin the neighborhood and area. I have seen the sheriff run them off a few times, but they don’t seem to go for good. I do wish this McDonalds was 24 hours bc it would be convenient for those late nights!

This Mc Donalds is usually always packed. The employees are super nice. There’s always alot of retirees/​old people sitting in here all morning getting their free coffee refill on until after lunch. So you sometimes have to walk past them chain smoking next to the door. Also there’s quite a few winos living in the alley by Little Ceasars that use the restroom as their bathroom and shower facilities. The restrooms are usually very hot and humid and smell like bleach which is a good thing compared to what it could smell like.
