Delicious pizza and nice cashiers, but the pizza is never«Hot-N-Ready»…there always seems to be a wait.

Placed a phone order went to pick it up and the girl working the register was rude and playing dumb on purpose. I kept repeating my name practically yelling and she laughed and kept asking if I placed the order for her. Then she went to the back and asked as if I was lying about my phone order and when they told her yeah my ticket was over there she said oh well no one tells me anything. It really seemed as if she was doing it just to give me a hard time on purpose. Too bad I didn’t get her stupid name.

My family and I have been going to this Little Caeser’s for as long as I could remember, I even worked at this location for some time as an assistant manager. So I held this place in high regards until today. I was at the Little Caeser’s in Montebello initially but since the line was too long and we wanted to order cheesy bread I figured we would call in our order so by the time we get there it would be ready for pick up and we could go. The person who took my order on the phone said it would be ready in 12 minutes. I arrived exactly at 12 minutes from the time I made the call and I come to find that my order isn’t ready. The cashier notified me that we were just waiting on my cheesy bread, so I’m thinking okay maybe it’s almost out of the oven and they need to box it. People kept rolling in and it got busier and busier, while I see people come and go, I remind myself that little Caeser’s came up with the hot and ready to avoid waiting. While waiting I come to realize that we want some of the dipping sauces so another cashier helps me and notifies me it will be with my order. 12 minutes after the initial cashier helped me she stated my order was done. I told her I paid for some dipping sauces and she said she never charged me for them. I told her how another cashier helped me and she said okay, and got me the sauces. So once I had all my food I had to ask why was I told to wait 12 minutes and ended up waiting 24 minutes, what a waste of time!!! I asked to speak to a manager and was told they were not there and offered me an assistant manager, and I denied meeting with an assistant bc I knew they would not be helpful. I asked for a managers business card and was told they don’t have any, the cashier offered me the store number and realized that me calling that number is what started the whole scenario. I thanked the cashier and notified her I will find a corporate number online and walked away.

I usually don’t like to write bad reviews. But this one, I had to share my bad experience. I went in and ordered a Pretzel Crust Pizza, around 4:55pm. They didn’t have any available Hot-N-Ready from the 4pm-8pm that they’re supposed to. The cashier said it would take a few minutes to have one made. Those few minutes turned into 15 mins., while I waited. During the 15 mins., 4 additional customers came in after me, got their orders done quickly, & left fast. Yet I still waited. As I finally got my pizza, she was going to throw away my receipt. I asked to have it, & she gave it to me. In the end, she didn’t apologize to me for the long wait, nor thanked me after she gave me my order. This is the closest Little Ceasars Pizza place for me, & now I have to choose another one, because of this type of bad service. ;(

Ive been coming to this location for about four years and I can’t say I’ve ever got a ready«hot and ready» pizza. Whenever the kids want pizza from here, I know I will have to wait 10 – 15 min. I tried placing a phone order once for a five dollar pizza and told them I didn’t want to have to wait and they said they couldn’t do a phone order on the $ 5 pizza.

What can I really say? $ 5 for a pizza. SCORE! Sometimes I do have to wait for them to come out but that makes it all the better deal it’s fresh out of the oven rather than it be sitting in the contraption that keeps it warm. I have also tried the deep dish pizza and I like it. Every slice has like a cheese crust to it. You can’t go wrong with the breadsticks and cheese bread now that’s good stuff.

Can’t beat a $ 5 box of hot and fresh pizza… you just can’t! This location always has pizza hot n ready for pick-up. And if you come in and order 10 large pizzas, they’ll say 15 minutes but its really only like 5: D Cash only $ 5 hot wings are really good and saucy
