Horrible customer service! I placed an online order last night. A hour went by and no pizza. I called and talked to one of the workers. She said the manager canceled it because I didn’t answer their call since it was my first time ordering from them. I informed them that the number they have down is not my number nor has it ever been and I don’t know how they got that number since I never entered a number. When I asked if they could remake it they said yes but we will have to charge you. I still have received my refund from the first order. I asked to speak to the manager who was rude from the beginning. She kept cutting me off when I was trying to speak. She said their was no discount or nothing since it wasn’t their fault. When I asked her what about the coupon I used can I Get that back, she said with major attitude, just call me. I am never coming back to this place. Instead I ordered from dominoes, I had no issues and received my pizza within 30 minutes! I’d recommend just ordering from them instead of Pizza Hut!

Where do I begin so I order a pizza online paid with credit card says it would be ready in about 30 minutes 30 minutes past I have no driver with pizza at my door I called I speak to a manager by the name of Stephanie which is rude starts cussing at me and tells me that if I don’t like it to take my money elsewhere.
I do not recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone in the area

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I ordered online and when I received my order it was wrong so I call to complain and they say I’m wrong and if I want to bring my pizza back. REALLY I GOT IT DELIVERED FOR A REASON. Then I’m talking to Jennifer WHO STATES SHES THE MANAGER and she starts laughing at me with one of there drivers. I will never order from here again plus they are so stingy with the toppings.

I oreder a pizza and buffalo wing «burning hot «They send sweet wings. I call and give for a answer. WE ARE SORRY. IS NOTHING WE CAN DO. UNLESS YOU BRING YOUR WINGS BACK WE WILL CHECK THEM. Wtf. I paid for deliver. Still waithing for manager to call me back.

Rate is zero: I placed an order online within 30 minutes I got my order just like it stated when I open the box I saw that the pizza was not cook thoroughly yet I decided to give it a try took the first bite it was OK that one of the Cheese stuff and it was wrong took another one out it was raw took another bite it was wrong then I decided to call the pizza place this location in which I ordered I explain the situation to one of the ladies and she placemat on hold for 5 to 6 minutes understandable we could be busy it was 1:15pm on a Tuesday The manager got on the phone I explain the situation and he stated that he would replace my pizza yet it would have to be in an hour due to him being the only one there and him only having one driver now being that I myself work with customer service I remain calm did not yell not make a scene did not cuss him out like angry customers normally do I calmly he stated for me to be understanding yet I was the customer I was the one that paid for a service that not was not done right. And I’m the one that is being asked to be understanding he then put me on hold for about three minutes and stated that he was going to do me a favor by calling in and out of the driver and that he would try to get my pizza there as soon as possible and then I did get a little upset due to the fact that he is doing me A favor I paid for this to prevent me from getting upset I decided to just cancel my order I asked him to just refunded and to come pick up the pizza he was glad that I cancel my order as if it was a relief to he gladly excepted and told me he would send somebody as soon as he had time to pick up the pizza. Did I ever get my refund no did they come and get it no

Horrible customer service! I got home from work 2 hours after my sister received the pizza and the pizza was wrong and I called to speak to the manager and they told me it was too late to do anything about it!

They don’t even deserve one star, horrible customer service, I ordered online & the employee didn’t call to confirm my online order 15 minutes prior to my estimated delivery. That’s not all, she said I would have to wait ANOTHER 45 MINUTES! ridiculous!

Worst customer service ever. Not only did I get home and my pizza was wrong And I think the guy at the register pocketed my dollar when I asked for an extra ranch. His name I have no idea I tried to see if he had a name tag they were calling him Andy or Aaron. Sucks to grow up around the area and go to places and receive this kind of treatment

The online ordering was being dumb and trying to over charge. I called in and told them about the situation and they were able to adjust the price for me. Appreciate the help!

We usually order from this location and we never had an issue till today when my wife called for a delivery at 10:15pm .We order a large pizza half Hawaiian and and half pepperoni with bacon. We were told it was gonna take 45 minutes so we waited an hour and no pizza. An hour passed. Called back and the another employee answered. She was nice, I’m not trying to plain about her. We asked about our pizza and she said there was no order placed for our phone number or address. So she takes our order again tells us its on them. When the pizza arrives its all flat and nasty, we ended up putting the whole pizza in the trash and went to get in n out. Wont order pizza from this place ever again even though its a couple of blocks away from my house.

The wait was too long. I ordered online and it said 30 mins for delivery. Well I called 20 mins after it was suppose to get here and was told another 5 mins. Wait time ended up being an hour. That is ridiculous I should of called Dominos instead. Besides the pizza taste horrible and it was not intact. Thanks for the bad service. I won’t be ordering from here anymore.

TERRIBLE!!! This will be the last time I order from here. My wife wanted pizza from dominos and I screwed up and ordered pizza hut instead. We thought to ourselves that it should be about the same. WRONG do yourself a favor and don’t screw up like I did.

This review is for the tall 12 year old looking boy who had us sitting, waiting 30 minutes for 16 wings that had been sitting under the counter the whole time. Thanks to the super cool little Hispanic manager who not only made us a new batch of wings but let us leave with the original order as well. Sorry but get your shh together guy.

Ordering online is so complicated with Pizza Hut. And to make matters worse I was entitled to some free cheesy bread for signing up online and I wasn’t given a promo code. I called them right after I placed my order and they said it couldn’t be given to me. I had to cancel my whole order and do it all over again to get it. Such a hassle. The manager couldn’t even give me the breadsticks. They obviously didn’t want me to order there again. Not worth it. Next time I order online it’s going to be easy with dominos 5 click online order app. Its easy its fun and I get to watch my orders progress from start to finish. Don’t know why I didn’t order there to begin with.

Pizza always gets to my house fast and hot, but it seems like they never have parm cheese packets. Over all good experience but it could be better.

I accidentally went to the wrong Pizza Hut to pick up my order lol bc this place is very hidden. It’s right by the Oasis seafood restaurant and Dairy Queen. I ordered one of the huge 20 $ pizza boxes that include 2 med 1 topping pizzas, breadsticks and a choice of wings or pasta. I called in so I wouldn’t wait. Anyways, the chick behind the counter was rly nice and everyone was super fast. I’m giving this place 2 stars bc I was only given 3 small cheese packets. Like are you serious?!? Tsk tsk.

This pizza hut branch is the worst! hardly any toppings on my three topping veg. pizza, they also skimp on the the cheese and sauce!!! fuck this hut! they cant even get my credit card right. i had to say it four times which in this day and age is a huge risk even saying it once.

Thank heaven for left over pizza. as I got home I found a slice of pepperoni & sausage. Pizza hut pizza is like me, a bit greasy but never dissapoints.
In the heart of the Whitier Blvd shopping district in Pico Rivera lies the Pizza hut. While they do not have the authenticity of the mom-​n-​pop places they have good pizza. Not as much cheese as they use to put in the 90’s, but that may be a good thing.
I have been here many times yet have never reviewed it, I thought this may be a good time since I am purchasing from other spots more often. The delivery and quality has always been great whether it was pizza, hot delicous chicken wings, tater tots, bread or an ice cold pepsi.
