Domino’s Pizza

They need to get new management, waited over an hour for my pizza and it ain’t the first time they do something wrong , the pizza did not seem fully baked and it seemed as if they rushed it

Ordered a large Brooklyn style and they delivered the wrong pizza which was a little on the burned side. I still ate it so obviously I wasn’t too upset to call and complain but just pay attention guys I ordered online so you can’t use bad telephone connection on this one. Delivery guy was prompt and nice.

I ordered a pizza not a burnt pizza they allowed this to leave their store I guess they do not care about customer satisfacción. It’s safe to say I won’t be going back to Domino’s.

O stars if possible cheese and toppings stuck to top of box, crust was thick and uncooked, pasta was under boiled and hard. Second time I’ve ordered from this location and it will be my last. Do not order from this place!

Domino’s is my favorite place to order pizza from, so I was greatly disappointed when I ordered a medium pan pizza a few weeks ago at about 3:10 p.m. And it didn’t come until 4:05 p.m. I had called forty minutes after ordering my pizza and the lady on the phone said it was on its way… It came about 15 minutes later! I know 15 minutes doesn’t sound like much, but according to Google maps, I live 7 min away from this Domino’s. Plus, the total time it took to get to my house was nearly an hour! When I got the pizza it was cold, and grease had seeped through to the bottom, leaving the dough soggy and unappetizing.
Of course I was upset, but I decided to let it slide thinking that it was just a slip and it shouldn’t happen again… I was wrong. Today I ordered a pizza at 5:10 p.m. and I am Still waiting for it, it is now 6:18. I just received a call from the delivery woman apologizing for the «tardiness». I hope that when the pizza comes it is ready, and fresh. If not, I’m never ordering from here again.

I normally don’t write reviews but I felt compelled to do so. I was so disgusted with this establishment that I would never order from them again. I was outside The front door of this establishment waiting for my pizzas. a car pulled up in front of this location a Young girl came out open the truck and started unloading trays of pizza dough uncovered totally exposed I was just amazed how dirty the car was I looked in her truck as she was unloading there was what looked to be dirty clothes hanging all over the side of the box next to the pizza dough. very large dirty bra was also hanging next to it she continues to unload the truck and then started to unload from the backseat which also had boxes of clothing over flowing. you can see bathing suit bottoms and underwear hanging out of the box next to the pizza dough it was totally disgusting. I wasn’t able to eat my pizza I’m glad that I went by myself to pickup my order. My daughters friends were wondering why I was not eating the pizza especially since it was my idea to order it.

Over the weekend me and my girl decided to have a movie night at home and order some pizza. We ordered 2 medium pizzas and they arrived pretty fast. As we began to eat, my girl yells in disgust. I look at her and ask her what’s wrong. After she gags, she slowly pulls out a long (6 – 7 inch) piece of brownish hair from her mouth! On her first slice! Smh.
So of course we called to complain. The first guy that answered was clueless and after we explained what we found, he says «ok and what’s the problem?» Um the problem is that there’s hair in one of our pizzas. So we repeat ourselves and he still asks again «so whats wrong with the pizza»? We go ahead and ask for the manager (Jose), which shocking enough had a similar answer! I mean is that a normal thing? To have long hairs in their pizza!!!
Long story short we ask to speak to the store manager, I believe her name was Marlene. She apologized and asked us in what pizza what the hair found in. She goes ahead and sends out a new pizza, but demanded us to give them the piece of hair and the pizza.
The only reason why I’m giving them 2 stars. is because at least they rushed my girls pizza and this time without hair. They also gave us a soda. But I would have expected for them to replace both pies. Oh well we won’t be ordering from here again. that’s for sure.
The driver was nice and felt really bad about the situation.

My Daughter ordered a pizza with 8 wings and a 2 liter coke at 6:30pm. When I arrived at 8pm she told me the pizza had not been delivered. I called the store and spoke to the manager. The pizza was being delivered as I was talking on the phone. I checked the pizza and it was cold and old. I refused the pizza. I was then told I would get store credit. They called me back and informed me that they could only give me the credit if I had paid for the pizza, unbelievable and unacceptable!!!

My favorite pizzas and wings… Highly recommended.fast. and good service .:) well, once in a while!

Horrible service! Today was my 3^rd time ordering from this location and it was as bad as the first 2 times! After waiting almost an hour they have me the wrong order! It took them a few minutes to realize that they put my pizza in another order box! HORRIBLE! Never again will I order from this dominos again!

Fast and ready for pickup! You can’t fault a Dominos too much unless the service is bad. They work hard to make every location taste the same.

Waited 2 ½ hours for pizza. Every time I called they said it was on its way. When the pizza got here it was cold and hard. I immediately told the driver that the pizza was cold and I wasn’t paying for it. She called her manager to let her know what was happening, her manager said I would get the same order for free the next time I called. Today I tried to call in the credit and guess what… I don’t have anything on record saying I get a free order. When I spoke to the manager he would hardly let me talk and said he would have to ask the person who was working. I tried explaining what happened and still the same answer. All I know this domino’s has horrible service and really urge people to stay away.

I order my pizza online, watch the online tracker and pick it up 10 mins later. They always ha e it ready for me when I walk in. The lady there is super nice! A++

My friend ordered me two pizzas, Parmesan bread bites and dipping cups. An hour later she called me asking if I had picked it up. I had not and I called the store and they said I could come pick it up. Upon arriving, the girl working the cashier was extremely friendly and did a superb job of customer service. She said she would reheat my pizzas and then decided that I should not be walking out the door with pizzas that had been sitting around. So she re made me the two pizzas, and gave me the bread bites with a free soda! She made sure I walked out happy, and happy I am.

Put on hold for 6 minutes… wth? Had to call again… When I got back on the line with a person, she told me that she couldn’t tell me the walkout special over the phone.

I decided to give them a try after many years and the bragging of better quality. MEH… it is a decent corporate pizza… good enough for birthday parties and munchies… I will say though… the cinnamon bread is great.
other than that I would rather go to a quality place
