Horrible Service, horrible manager, horrible food! Don’t have any parties here, it is not worth it! We got invited to a b-day party and this location is the most degrading place if you want to buy beer… I asked for a refund, just because I was allowed to buy 3 beers but not carry more then one, so even if you walk it to the table and go back, he refused to give me what I paid for and said screw you and this horrible nightmare! Don’t come here unless you’re gonna do a number 2 which is $#!+

It’s been a while since I’ve visited chuck e cheeses, but this is definitely one of the smaller ones I’ve been to. The small interior also paralleled the amount of employees on the floor. It was difficult to flag an employee down to help with a broken machine or to clean up a table. Now that all the games only cost one token, it’s extremely challenging to win any tickets(even as an adult). I was surprised as to how hard the skill games were, often times you would probably win 1 – 5 tickets on average per game. With 25 tokens we probably only won about 50+ tickets. So I hope you have better luck with the chance and roulette games! I think the free ticket event is the way to go. You get a lot more tickets from the employees than the arcade machines! The pizza was interesting, they had a spaghetti and meatballs pizza special, and decided to give it a go. I don’t know what I was expecting, but they actually put noodles on the pizza, it was a carbohydrate paradise! I will give them props for the meatball, because it wasn’t bad. Overall it wasn’t horrible. But I probably will never order it again… But it was definitely an interesting and fun idea! I had fun eating such a bizarre pizza.

The place isn’t as bad as other locations in regards to cleanliness however the customer service was horrible. We got here pretty late at 8:40pm and placed our order by 9:07pm 2 Lrg pizzas, 9:47 I finally ask what is going on with our food, mind you we went to Celebrate my cousins birthday the girl said«we’ve been calling your number and your pizza is there» considering the time it wasn’t busy & not hard to locate us since the manager(rude manager) took our order. We were sitting right where a speaker was blasting w: music & didn’t hear our number. The manager ultimately said that our pizza was thrown away & he gave us a refund, I honestly expected for him to make our pizza and give it to us at no charge however I was satisfied with the refund. The way the situation was handled was horrible he was defensive and not willing to help or even be empathetic! He is a fair skin with glasses who looks like he hates working there and speaking to people. When I expressed my concern and told him I was going to review on Unilocal his response was«oh you’re gonna hurt my business» mmm we are you business sir. Place has horrible customer service I called corporate the next day and filed a complaint. This is chuckie cheese I don’t expect 10 star service but if you’re a manager know how to handle a situation in a friendly manner & take ownership of the situation ! Only reason why they got 2 stars bc the guy in corporate was nice.

I come here often and have my kids birthdays celebrations in the summer here too but won’t be coming again 2nd time we come and they say chuck e comes out every 30min and he doesn’t. If there no more then 5 kids check e won’t come out. Then why open early I have a toddler that loves to see and dance with chuck e I’ve ask the workers and they say he’s coming out in 30min I’m normally there for an hr and a half so disappointed that they lie about chuck e coming out. I grow up in Pico Rivera now I live in El Monte and still would come to Pico Rivera’s location. I’ve gone tool monte location and even with 2⁄3 kids normally little toddlers they still come out and dance and take pictures. Step up your customer service experience Pico Rivera location employees

Had a great time with my sister and nephew here. The food was good. Also they have a lunch special to now. All you can eat. Next time we are trying that definitely. Thank you Jessie for you friendly service, and also for telling us about the survey.

This place is a joke! Stood in line for 15 minutes on the right side of the rope. When all of a sudden this guy walks in with a cake and a bigger crowd comes in after him and get in line on the left. They start letting all these people in and leave us standing. I asked an employee what was going on and she said I will let the manager know, which I can see she never did. They did not make any announcements or anything as to why we were still standing there waiting. I moved up a little and asked why were we still waiting, and he says we are at capacity and we are seating people as it became available. He said the wait was 15 to 20 minutes, even though all I wanted to do was put my grandson on a ride, because I had limited time with him. I left of course. Waiting more than half hour in line just to walk in is ridiculous!

Had such a great time with my grandson– Walked into Chuck E Cheese around 3, was immediate greets with a friendly smile from Jesse. He welcomed us and tagged us both into the place. Jesse made ideal suggestions on how to save money when purchasing pizza and getting tokens. The place was clean, the food was pretty good and the crew was very inviting.

Been waiting for a refund for the past 20 minutes. Have brought this to the attention of several employees and keep getting told to wait. The manager is nowhere in sight. It’s crowded, there is trash on the floor that the employees just walk over and half of the machines don’t work. I strongly suggest going to another location over this one.

I just threw a birthday party for my daughter this past Sunday at the Chuck E Cheese in Pico Rivera. I am so disappointed with the level of customer service we received. I booked a. party that ran from 11a.m. to 1p.m. The restaurant doesn’t open until 11 so there was no time to set up. My guests spent time waiting outside the door and then helping me set up decorations when we got let in at 11. My party planner was introduced as a trainee and well it sure showed over the course of the hours that followed. My guests were ready to play and eat. The place wasn’t ready to go. I had guests waiting for tokens… and then waiting some more for food. I preordered the food but that didn’t help the kitchen at all. The length of the party I had several guests helping me track down my party planner. Several times finding her standing with other employees as if they were on break when the place just opened! I didn’t get to order enough food. We got through the cake ok and throughout the ticket blaster experience. I made sure to get through the presents. I had 7 guests show up late… I understood my time window was almost up. What was not o.k.was that party planner didn’t come to me… she asked those guests to get up move a total of 3 times in less than 10 minutes. The whole event, I couldn’t track this girl down, but time slot was up… there were three employees WORKING hard to kick us off the tables, insisting we could only use a total of 3 booths to the right of the party area. My husband went to speak to the manager when we were handed a bill without being asked if we needed the food the remaining food that Never Came!!! I still had 2 adults and 5 kids that didn’t get pizza! Instead of making that order a priority… they put it at the bottom of the orders after the new herd of customers came into the restaurant. The 2 large pizza’s were brought out at no charge… but we had to stand by the little table where our guests waited an extra thirty to forty minutes to see those pizzas. My husband had to carry the pizzas from the kitchen doors himself. Since the staff is so inexperienced and the management had so much to learn about keeping the customer happy and feeling valued, I recommend skipping this place all together! Never again will I book another event.

The only good thing about here, was the employees, very nice and welcoming, but it takes forever to get your food, the games here are few, and the food took over 30 minutes to come, and it doesn’t seem that busy, also when it came out it was cold! Not coming back.

Juan Carlos the store manager is always so kind whenever we go in we’ve lived in the area over 7 years and honestly loves his job the reason for the rating is because him as well as his team always are the best my daughter lost her phone a week ago and I got a call today that it was found

Back when I was in grade school, going to Chuck E. Cheese’s was a family tradition for myself and my sisters on the first and last day of school. It was a treat, and as a child, I always looked forward to the pizza, games, and animatronic, anthropomorphic, music-playing animals. Now much has changed, but has it been for better or for worse? Well, let’s go through each element that you come to the«House of Mouse» for: THEFOOD: Honestly, you either love or hate the pizza. Since I grew up on the stuff, I think it’s alright. I kinda dig the hybrid deep dish/thin crust thing going on. However, I actually have to recommend trying the thin crust at least once. It’s got the same flavor, but on a crispy thin crust that honestly doesn’t disappoint. I’m a fan. However, I advise steering clear of the other sides that the kitchen offers as nothing is fried(fries, buffalo wings, etc) so they lack a satisfying texture. THEGAMES: Chuck E Cheese got one thing right: Make it simple. All the games in their arcade are 1 token. Period. They also got two things wrong: Tokens are expensive(up to 33 cents each! Yeowza!!) and the ticket-to-credit ratio is insanely low(3 – 4 tickets per credit vs the average 10 – 13 tickets per credit). To the kids, this means diddly squat. To the parents with the cash, this means your dollar doesn’t go far at all. My advice? Buy tokens through coupons or promo offers and use cash to pay for that prize that your kid is begging you for(the prize corner allows you to use cash to buy prizes if you don’t have enough tickets at 1 cent/ticket). THEMOUSE: It’s nostalgic. Your kids might think it’s a cheap gimmick. But we all know that deep down. That mouse was the highlight of your summer vacation. INSUMMARY: Coupons are your friend here, seriously. Food is okay, as long as you stick to the pizza and salad bar.

Service at the tables was very good. Dominated did a great job getting everything in order for a kids bday party. Cashier service was way below expectations no one around while the manager does nothing. I had to wait 10 for someone finally to get my order

Check your credit card statements because someone here is doing something very illegal!!! I told the manager and all he said is that he’ll refund my money, yeah cool, you still have someone who is working for you who is doing shady shit! Bring cash only here or you might be in the same situation I’m in.

Make sure you get the same hand stamp as your partner. Otherwise they will not allow you to leave together oh my! I use to like this place not as good as it use to be. Not as many video games. and no ball pit! even if they did have it i am not sure they let me in it :( Other then that just make sure if you come with others you get same kind hand stamps they almost did not let me out with my friend cause they thought i was being taken by him! A quick talk to them and a flash of a ID we got out. Ugh everyone thinks i am younger then i am oh well I guess it’s better then being old.

I guess the ‘ghetto’(as everyone else has said) comes out at night, ‘cuz I came during the day with my nephew and wasn’t confronted with anyone from the Raider Nation. Sure there was a crazy mom and her misbehaved kids, but this is Chuck E. Cheese — what do you expect? The good? + All games are one token — take THAT, Dave&Buster! :P + The cheesy breadsticks are BOMB — who knew? The bad? — Service sucked! There was one guy running the check-in, the prize station, and the food register. He was doing his best to handle all three(and was very apologetic about it) but c’mon now! — Other than the breadsticks(did I mention how good they are?), the food is blah. — What happened to the ball pit? Did they get rid of that in the late 80s? I miss it already. — The prices should be lower to match the quality of this place.
