William’s Boot & Shoe Repair

Just picked up my heels that needed retapping, and I am SO DISAPPOINTED! I had been to this little shop many years ago and always liked the quality of work the older man did. Then his son took over the business and quality was not the same. I stopped going for about 5 years and decided to try again. My fairly new Nine West shoes lost a tap so I thought what the heck maybe he had more experience I’ll try it. Big mistake! Shoes now have scraped that have been painted black and what looks like glue at the top of the shoe. He said he could redo the insoles in leather, and it looks like he slapped two strips of leather, the 16.50 spent were a waste! I’ll have to replace them. Never going back! I added pictures so you too can see the crappy quality!

My first time here and I will be back! Hugo did my shoe repair in 5 minutes! I needed to have a part of my favorite leather shoes re-​sewn. I was planning to leave my shoes but he did it right on the spot. It cost only $ 4! Friendly service too!

this place is great two thumbs up !! I been in so many shoes places and this place beats everywhere !! I aways bring my shoes for new soles and heels sometimes for shine the always looks like brand new !! I love this place I highly recommend !! if you love your shoes so much this place will make them last for another decade !! I been going to this place for the last 7 years and I see how arrogant ppl treat the employees so bad. cuz they want their work same-​day… you should try this place out and find out your self how good this guy is at fixing shoes !! you’ll never gonna find a latino shoe shop no were else !! this guy is really amazing … they do excellent job on shoes and I seen them fixing purses and they do great job as well!

Got a pair or boots fixed no problem. However they’re never opened as the schedule states and never answer the phone came 3 times in a week never opened .just repaired My own shoe. Magic shoe goo

This place is NEVER open. I showed up here three times in a row and nothing– not to mention called them numerous times. Looks like I’m taking my business elsewhere.

This place gives great customer service the guy that works here is friendly and can do pretty much anything. Go here for shoe or boot repairs, even does handbag repairs. Seriously anything go and look for Guillermo.

I went to this place to get my wedding shoes stretched and when I went to pick them up my shoes were all dirty!!! When I tried to tell the employee he got them dirty he acted very defensive and rude telling me that’s how they were when I dropped them off. They didn’t accept credit cards so when I came back from getting cash the worker grabbed the money out of my hands and walked away!!! Worst customer service EVER!!! I do not recommend this place at all!!! If I could give zero stars I would I think even one star is too much credit for them
