Sonic of Pigeon Forge

Loved Sonic and our waiter was so nice hotdogs, tater tots are good, but the candy slushies, and milk shakes are the bomb! We got the butter bourbon milk shake, vanilla milkshake, watermelon with jolly rancher slushie, and the blue rassberry with ners slushie!

Very busy. Slow service. Ran out of medium cups and didn’t tell us when we ordered. Credit card machine was down and had to wait a while to pay after we had already gotten our food.
As far as Sonic food goes, cheeseburger and tots were great.

Best milkshakes in the business as well as burgers. Also, the servers here are heads above anyone else. Keep up the great job!

Horrible customer service. Several times they have gotten my order wrong and instead of fixing it, I get someone informing me I’m wrong and it’s right or I didn’t tell them what I wanted when I did. What happened to the customer being right? Maybe in old school but after having spent YEARS myself nn the past working in the restaurant business I have to say they have forgotten how to care for their guest… driving or not… customer service matters. ESPECIALLY when there is another Sonic down on main just a few miles away… time to stop going to this one and drive to the other sonic!

Its a Sonic. Good Cheap fast-​food

I’ve been a fan of Sonic for many years, but I was extremely disappointed with our visit to the Sonic in Pigeon Forge near Dollywood on the evening of 7÷16÷13. The food was cold, the fries and tots were half-​full, and the corn dogs tasted [and felt] like fried rubber.
I don’t know if it’s something that has changed with all Sonic restaurants [I haven’t been to a Sonic in over a year] or if it’s specific to this particular restaurant, but I honestly don’t know if I will return to a Sonic.
You might wonder why I gave 3 stars when I had such a bad experience. The only saving grace was the friendly, beautiful, courteous waitress (carhop) who cruised out on skates and brought our food in record time. If the food had been worth eating, the waitress would have pushed this experience to 4 or 5 stars.

Getting my sons some Sonic Blasts so they can get their milkshake fix. It it always good for providing quality fast food that you feel bad for eating, but it provides the quality fast food you just gotta have sometimes.
As an aside, I would easily recommend the food at this Sonic versus some of the overpriced tourist traps in the area :)

I always wanted to try Sonic and I finally did!!! yayyy me!!! I had heard mixed feeling about this place but to me, the food was amazing! I loved it! Can’t wait till they open the one in Florida.
I had a yummy oreo shake which was sooo good! I also had a burger which was sooo good!
ahhhh, just can’t wait to go again.
