Timbers Lodge Motel

We loved this place. Stayed 2 nights for our wedding and all the guest were pleased with the spacious and nice rooms. They were very clean and the staff was great. Our room king suite was ready at 12:00 when we arrived and Yesha was great about letting us know before 3:00 that our lofts were ready as well. Josh was very great about checking to see if everything was good and if we needed anything. Other than the pool needing a little TLC and the ice machines and vending machines everyone seemed to love it. Walking distance to the island, go karts, putt putt and many more attractions. We would definitely stay again. Thanks guys!

Timbers Lodge Motel got my business for a second year in a row. Most of what you’ll read in my first review is solid. I’ve bumped Timbers to a 4-​star for one simple reason: Customer Service
First, the staff was gracious and efficient. My check-​in went smooth and the evening manager even made fresh coffee for me before I headed out for an evening meeting. That was cool.
Second, I received a call days later asking if I’d left/​lost anything in the room. I did misplace a phone charger and they told me they had it and would mail it to me. Yeah! A measly phone charger and they called all the individuals who had stayed in Room 122 to see if we’d lost something.
Way to go, Timbers Lodge Motel. Things are down right friendly in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.
