La Quinta Inn & Suites Pigeon Forge

Very nice hotel. For the most part the rooms were clean, even though it looked like the shower curtain was never changed. I like that this hotel is dog friendly. It made the stay more welcoming and «home like», even though I didn’t have my dog staying with me. The hotel is located in the middle of everything to do in pigeon forge. Great location. Two things I didn’t like about this hotel is that they slid the check out receipt under the room door before actually checking out. I felt a sense of being rushed when they did this. I also didn’t feel welcomed by the lady that served the complimentary breakfast. She didn’t look like she wanted to be there and it didn’t look like she was interacting with anyone, not even a good morning. Usually in most hotels I stayed at in the past, the people in charge of the breakfast usually greet you with a smile on their face, say good morning and make sure that the food stays hot and your happy with the food being served. This just seems proper because if you do take advantage of the complimentary breakfast, they are the first person you see in the morning and it would be nice to feel welcomed.

Very nice place to stay for the price. Don’t forget to ask for AAA or AARP discount.
Indoor pool is a plus.
Hotel staff is helpful (we had to take care of some business while there — faxing and copies).
Pillows could have been more comfy.

Beautiful room, super clean, gorgeous patio with fireplace, clean pool and hottub, free breakfast, and back off the main road. This place is newly renovated and just great. We had an issue were the door locked somehow and they had to take the door apart to get us back in to our dog at 1am. They were very professional, extremely understanding, and just super nice. We will definitely be staying here again!

I was extremely impressed! I have stayed at many hotels including other La Q’s and by far this is the best! Clean, comfortable, modern, and awesome customer service. Great work guys, you did a fantastic job! And the pricing was not bad at al!
