Took my Iphone here after I was told I had to take it to the Apple store in Knoxville to get it fixed. These guys know their stuff! Especially David, in less than a day he fixed my phone, saving me going to Knoxville which is a hour away, and I’m sure saved me money. They also buy sell and trade phones along with unlocking and repair. I would highly recommend this place for any and all cell phone issues.

Today, feeling rather hopeless, after being told by a shop that my phone was dead, I walked in to WOW as a last-​ditch effort (A gal at ATT recommended them.). Not only is the shop pristine, the people are friendly, they listen, are TRULY helpful… actually trying to figure out and solve your problem not sell you something you do not need. These folks cheerfully got my phone working and made me wish I lived in PigeonForge so I could give them MORE business. :-)
