I was extremely disappointed when I visited bonefish grill. We had reservations and still had to wait 45 minutes before being seated. The meal was alright, but I had ordered oysters which had absolutely no brine and we’re completely dried out. These were by far the worst oysters I’ve ever had. This was my second and last vist, I think they first need to address their overlooking issues.

Woah, this place was really good. If you go on Tuesday, there’s this killer deal. It’s a 3 course meal for around $ 15 and it really filled our family up. The bang bang shrimp is the best, we ordered two for two families and it went by really quick. I ordered the spicy salmon bowl along with their house salad. The greens were fresh and the salmon was incredibly smooth and the rice was just as delicious. The environment had a nice vibe to it, dimly lit, and I’d definitely go back.

I saw a couple order coffee with their dessert, and send the coffee back. An indicator that the coffee was not hot(1 out of many reasons why the coffee was sent back, right). I’m commenting on this because I witnessed the waiter take the coffee back to the kitchen and place the coffee down on the counter, reach up above his head, open something and place the the 2 coffees inside and walk away. After a few minutes, the waiter walks back, reaches above his head and I see him putting the coffee down and reaching back up above his head; then walks the coffee back to the guests table. Conclusion, the waiter reheated the coffee in a microwave. This is unacceptable. I will never dine at any Bone Fish Grill restaurant. It takes seconds to brew a fresh pot.

We have gone to many Bonefish Grills across the country and we have always had stellar service and food, especially from a chain restaurant(Love that Bang bang shrimp!). Tonight at 5:11 pm 12÷5÷15 I called this store to order carry out. I understand that on a Saturday night it’s busy and people are stretch to their limit but the attitude I got from the woman taking my order was aweful. She snapped at me because I wasn’t proficient on the menu details. Bonefish Grill’s online menu does not give details as far as sides are concerned, or what kind of lettuce that’s in their salads(iceberg, romaine, spinach, baby greens, etc.) So when I asked a question I was greeted with a crappy response. I’m handicapped so I can’t always go out to eat. I felt very uncomfortable calling in a to go order to this Bonefish Grill. Maybe that’s the strategy for this place? To keep people from ordering take out? My husband is on his way to pick up our, over $ 100, order. It makes me sick that we spent that much money just to be abused. #bonefishgrillsucks

Boring. I can only be but so upset considering it’s a chain restaurant so it’s assumed that they have strict limitations to work with but still. They are on the verge of getting booted unless they spice things up.

NOT happy. My brother and I came here last night to a waitress named Amanda who gave us the worst service we both ever had. It wasn’t a busy night at all and she had only a few tables. She maybe interacted with us to get our order, give us water, and give us the check at which point she gave us the check without asking and said, «if you want dessert just tell me and I can add it on.» Other waiters/waitresses were more helpful than Amanda was herself. Took forever to get our drinks, food, and maybe 20 – 30 minutes to get our check. All in all, food was good but service was terrible.

This place gets jammedddd packed. Make a reservation for the weekend or you’ll wait for a bit to get a table… which isn’t so terrible since there’s a really nice bar section where you can hang and grab a drink or two. Bang bang shrimp is what people know this place for and theres a good reason, its delicious. Whether you get it as an appetizer or as an entrée(bang bang shrimp tacos), you can’t go wrong. I’ve eaten at this Bonefish too many times to count and have enjoyed all of my meals. They also have a pretty sweet happy hour, I usually take advantage of that and get some wine for around $ 3 a glass(I’ll take it!). They just recently(or somewhat recently) did a little make over and the place looks great. If you’re in the mood for some good seafood(or even steak, pork chops, etc.) and can get past the fact that its a chain restaurant, definitely hit up Bonefish. Also, shout out to our awesome waitress, Jessica!

Note: This review is only for brunch.(I’ve had a much better dinner experience.) I recently went here with a friend after seeing the«Bottomless Brunch» option on the menus posted on the Bonefish website. When we got to the restaurant we looked at the menu only to see that the bottomless brunch had been replaced with a $ 5 per bellini/mimosa. I ordered the Crème Brûlée French Toast which was OK, but not worth the $ 11.50. I’ve had better brunches in Hoboken/NYC with unlimited drinks for only a few dollars more. Will be back for dinner(seafood is excellent) but will pass on the brunch.

This was my first time at a Bonefish Grill and I have to say I liked it. Though I’m generally a carnivore I decided to stick with the theme and ordered the special: Crab encrusted cod with a side of mashed potatoes and spaghetti squash. The cod was delish! Mashed potatoes were good as was the squash. This was also my first time trying that spaghetti squash I had heard so much about. Quite an adventurous night for me. :) Portion was not huge but enough for me. My date ordered the twin lobster tails. I didn’t try them but they looked good and he liked them. I liked the ambiance. It was dimly lit, romantic. Many people there considering it was a Tuesday night. Service was good! We opted for coffee and dessert at another restaurant. Nothing against Bonefish. I would definitely go back.

This is our go to spot for date night because the quality of the food always delivers. Our favorites are the pan seared tuna, salmon, pumpkin ravioli, and fish and chips just to name a few. The fish is always cooked perfectly and the service is outstanding. Everything is above average and always exceeds expectations. Even when it’s busy on a Saturday night the bathrooms are always well maintained. I recommend making reservations on the weekends.

Bonefish Grill is one of those few chains that manages to always be good! The food is always delicious and fresh and the service is always tip top. Great drinks and drink specials too.

The food here is delicious, fresh and simple. From their bar selection to their appetizers to desserts, everything is great. However, I can’t get beyond the service. For a place that prides itself for being«classy» the service is not to par. My appetizers came and where almost gone before I even got my glass of wine, no mention was made. The waitress did check back periodically to check on the food, which was great. However, the worst part which really left a bad taste in my mouth was the fact that she dropped off our check and said«dessert will be right out». I hadn’t even taken a sip of my dessert cordial. I have never had someone do that to me, much less at 8:15 pm. I am shocked at that etiquette, were it a late night maybe I’d feel bad for holding her up. But there was no need to rush my party of four before we even had a chance to have dessert. Very bad last impression.

What a great place for some seafood the ambiance is great nice and calm décor pleasing to the eye. I eat no shellfish or squid etc I am a simple fish kind of guy. Chilean sea bass is one of the greatest pieces of fish you would ever eat. Good thing it taste better than it looks Salmon one of my go to fish. We enjoy ourselves when we come here which is not very often. So when we do it’s a great time. The family order some type of shrimp appetizer I think it’s spicy. I can’t tell what it is cause I don’t touch it bit they seem to like it. Dinner always comes out quickly and popping hot. Nothing like some fish veggies & starch a nice glass of wine would go nice.

Came back with a party of 5. Everyone’s entrée was cold, and the servings were minuscule. Any hole in the wall should be able to serve up hot French fries. Serving cold French fries to five people is like serving up 5 lukewarm lattes. It would take effort to be this bad. The 3 sugar cube pieces of lobster placed in my burnt bread roll were disappointing. Even the Mac n cheese was cold. It’s like the last time: everything post bang bang shrimp appetizer is a disappointment.

In the last ten years, I loved coming to Bonefish Grill for their Fish Tacos and Mussels Josephine. They were delicious and hit the right spot. But on a recent visit, I was greatly disappointed with the change in quality of the food. Did the management change? Comparing what I had before to recently, I sincerely believe so. Okay, I just Googled their menu, and it seems to be that these recent changes are from corporate affecting all 150 of their restaurants. Word of advice: trying to save money while alienating your supportive customer base is a terrible idea. Here are some examples of the changes: Fish Tacos — They used to have a soft shell, but the new one has a crispy wonton shell. What the h*** is this? A Chinese restaurant? Oh, look at me. I’m being very progressive by having Asian ding-a-ling shells in my dishes. I’m so clever. Whoever was in charge of this change should be fired and shipped off to Wonton land where they can learn how actual Wontons taste like. Furthermore, the mango salsa isn’t fresh or well marinated. The dish is completely ruined. Mussels Josephine — I used to eat this dish like a pig, dipping the complementary bread in the vat of Josephine sauce. I no longer have a penchant for such a ritual anymore, as the ingredients don’t taste authentic like before. Everything else we ordered had a fake, processed food taste to them. It used to be nice coming here. Bonefish Grill was held in high esteem compared to the other local restaurant chains. But now, there is no difference between this and Applebee’s.

We really like Bonefish when we have a hankering for a nice piece of fish. They are the best of the fish/seafood chain restaurants. Our. normal choice is to share the large portion of Sea Bass. Bonefish prepares it perfectly, and unfortunately it’s spoiled us from ordering it anywhere else. Tonight we ordered one of the specials — Katie’s Haddock. It was terrific, garnished with feta cheese and artichoke hearts.

Went to celebrate a Birthday, the food was DELICIOUS! The staff was really accommodating when our entire party hadn’t arrived yet. Appetizers: Bang bang shrimp=huge portion and flavorful Some kind of chicken= huge portion delicious Ceviche=wasn’t to pleased Corn chowder soup with crab meat= great texture a combination of sweet and tangy flavor a, yummy! Dinner: Crab cakes, Chilean Sea bass, Lily’s Swordfish and Pork chops all flavors were layered and delicious. The place filled up for dinner service and by the end if our dinner we had to wait a really LONG time to close out our bill. The food and ambience was terrific though.

I’ve been to the Greenbrook location. But that was before my Unilocaling years. This location is nice. The décor is inviting and simple. The room is low lighted with a candle on the table. Can be romantic place if that is what your looking for. The waitress was very attentively and friendly. The scallops and shrimp in ginger sauce was prepared so well. Hats off to the chef this evening. The cheese cake was so smooth and rich with an Apple sauce. This was a very good experience and I will be back.
