I first met Juliet Gould in June of 2015. Since than, Ms. Gould comes to my home two to three times a week for one to one training. Ms. Gould has –Given me incentive to work out more frequently. –taught me techniques to strengthen my body through repetition exercises and core muscle training. –taught me various exercises using fitness balls, resistance bands, chairs and other home gym equipment. –challenged me to work harder to improve my stamina and balance. What I like most about Juliet Gould is her genuine enthusiasm for what she does, which is building strength and empowerment by helping me to reach my personal fitness goals. The workouts are varied to include Zumba, stretching, Yoga, Pilates, etc. Ms. Gould is mindful of my physical limitations, injuries, health concerns and works with me to design exercises that are tailored for my body. Since training with Ms. Gould, I have noticed an improvement in my body as it is leaner and stronger and I have been able to increase my workout time from one hour to an hour and a half. If you are looking for a good Personal Fitness Trainer, definitely recommend Juliet Gould.

Jules did an event for our PTA at Edward J Russell Elementary School for our field day! She kept 600 students moving with her awesome Zumba! She was on time & ready to go for the day of exercising! She looked great in our EJR T-shirt too!

Working out with Juliet is fun from dancing the zumba to kickboxing to cardio, weights, interval-training, and others. It’s been fun mixing things up, learning new techniques, and being motivated to push myself. Loooove her! Juliet knows when to give that extra push just when you though that you could not possibly do another rep, another sit-up, or run another second on the treadmill! Most important of all she get you results! I have been working out on my own for so long without seeing any improvement, but only after few sessions with Juliet, I rock a set of very nice biceps, my back looks stunning, and I am beginning to see abs, wo-woo! Besides working out, Juliet is also a master at what you need and not need to eat. This is so important but a lot of other trainer tend to over-look this important area. Remember, you cannot out-train a bad diet! Juliet won’t tell you to starve yourself or put you on ridiculous juicing diet. She herself eats very clean and yet manages to enjoy healthy delicious food, We have been out eating at restaurants several times, and she knows what to order from any restaurant to make her meal choice nutrias, healthy, and most important of all, delicious. I like this about her a lot because she truly practices what she teaches. I truly feel that you won’t find another trainer as passionate as she is to help YOU achieve the results that you want. Stop trying to do everything yourself, and let someone else take care of you for once.
