Welcome port in the storm. After 10 miles of torrential thunderstorms, we took the next exit with a hotel sign. Check in was quick and easy. We had a clean, comfortable room with plenty of towels.
Breakfast lounge is clean, bright, and comfortable. High table with electric for devices. A very nice buffet is offered. Selection is good for a hotel without a restaurant.
Back on the road this morning clean, relaxed, refreshed to face the foggy morning road. This hotel will be on my list for future travel in the area.
Roc
I was able to check in before 3:00 p.m. which was nice. The price, however, was $ 184 out the door. That is a little steep to me, but I had no choice as pretty much every other hotel I tried to book was full. Also, do NOT stay in a «100» numbered room if you are a light sleeper. We were on the first floor and had to listen to people upstairs stomping.
