This is the only gas station I saw for a few miles near Pine Mountain. The guy manning the storefront was HILARIOUS! Most important to me while in this area was that he was welcoming to people that were not of the same race/​ethnicity as him. I highly recommend stopping at this place over any other gas station in the area. Bonus: there is an attached KFC.
