Lousy! Ordered two chicken breasts to go, should’ve checked order before I left because when I got home I ended up with two small thighs. They must’ve thought I was a tourist.

Évaluation du lieu : 2 Pine Mountain, GA
I have been living in Pine Mountain since March and finally got around to trying out Krispy Fried. This place is popular with the locals and they do a lot of to-go business. Now, I consider myself fairly easy to please and I can generally tell what to expect when I go somewhere. This place is located right on the main road, doesn’t have much parking, is connected to the local liquor store, and both the inside and outside are seriously lacking in visual appeal. Your typical greasy dive joint. Considering this, I lowered my expectations and went in knowing I wouldn’t experience a 5-star dinner. I’m ok with that! Heck, I just had a hankering for some battered wings and fries. I was sadly disappointed… The prices were a little steep considering the look of the place, but not outrageous. I ordered the 3 piece wing basket for myself and a shrimp platter for the kids to split. We sat at a table and waited for our food, which took about 15 minutes, which is not long enough to get annoyed at, but too long considering we were the only ones in the place except for a couple of to-go orders which the cashier took over the phone while ringing me up. When our food was ready, it was not brought to us, she set it on the counter and signaled to me to come get it. Ok, fine. I have legs, I’ll let that one go. It was packaged for take out, which made me feel as though they didn’t want us sitting in the dining room. The shrimp was hot and good, and came with a roll, a couple tiny hushpuppies, cold french fries with no salt and about 4oz of flavorless cole slaw. The wings were super greasy, and they had too much crispy batter on them. I think they were sitting in flour too long instead of fresh battered. My basket came with the same cold saltless fries, and was supposed to come with a roll too, but it was missing. There were no napkins on the tables or counters, I had to get up and ask for ketchup, and the cashier looked annoyed by this so I didn’t bother to ask for napkins, salt, a refill on my water, some décor for the place, a better attitude from her, or my money back. All in all, I may return one day if I am drunk and want something that’s very bad for me. Maybe. And I’ll get it to go.
