Sadly, they have closed. I’ve heard this shopping center charges way to much in rent. There is lot closing in this center. I hope CINEIT will find a new home. I will come, if it’s not too far away.

Decided to give this place a try after my sister recommended it. The food tasted fresh, the milk shake was TOODIEFOR. I guess the only knock would be that the fries were a little soggy. Other than that, I can’t complain and would go back again.

Happened to come cross this place on my way to Whole Foods on us 1. I was very pleased with my experience. The burger was great, tasted pretty fresh and fulfilling. They definitely have enough options for people who wants one patty, or two, or three, along with choices for toppings. The price VERY good. Fries were good too. IF you just feel like having a burger but don’t want to do «fast food» but also don’t want to spend too much money, this is the place. Oh the movie theme is cool too. Smart concept. If you’ve had an «in n out» burger and wants to have a reference, the«in n out» burger is still better, but this is GOOD! not too shabby at all. I do recommend it.

My sweetie and I are always trying to find the smallest, hole in the wall, undiscovered, independent shops. On this particular day we were looking for a new burger place to have lunch at. We drove down US1 until he spotted CINE-IN Burgers and Grill I yelled«There! Let’s go there!» …I’m soooo glad we did. The place is actually pretty big, with lots of tables and a couple super cool old car-shaped booths. They have like 5 flat screen TVs(4 were playing the movie«Grease», and 1 was playing something for Kids in their own little area) The prices are good(It was like $ 5 for his Double Burger and $ 4 for my Single, if I remember correctly) They were juicy and loaded with toppings. They were fresh, and homemade which is what we love. The mountain of fries were yummy and crispy. We hung out for the entire movie, cuddled up on the back of the ‘57 Chevy(Or whatever it is… lol) We spent about $ 17 for dinner AND a movie… it doesn’t get any better than that! The owner was there and he was SUPER nice. He came over to see how everything was and to clear the table when we were done… Cool guy with a GREAT concept! I am absolutely in love with this place! I hope it’ll be around for years to come because I plan on coming back many times. Can’t wait to go back and try the shakes :)
