Do not go to this store! I purchased a Bosch dishwasher. After installation we discovered It had a broken part, the top rack would not stay on the track. The installer said to call the store and arrange for a new one to be delivered. The manager refused and said they would send out a repairman 3 days later! I went to the store the next day and spoke to another manager, got the same response. I then called the customer service 800 number, they were surprised, said that was not their policy. Within an hour the manager from the store called to tell me they would send out a new one 2 days from now. ALSO I know this was not a brand new unit, there was no plastic wrap on it when they took it off the truck, there was a deep scratch on the control panel and strangely, the manual was burned and worn. When the new one comes I’ll inspect it carefully. Consider yourself warned!

Let me begin by saying this store is a joke. Horrible customer service. Don’t be fooled by their «lower «prices, you are better off paying a little bit more and sticking major retail stores such as Best Buy and getting exactly what you are paying for. I strongly believe they sell used, refurbished electronics. General Manager on duty today did not even want to speak to upset customers. As a manager in retail I must say the employees of this location need to be retained or replaced. As the holidays approach I would suggest for everyone to save the stress and shop elsewhere.
I hope they make a change in their management soon.

HH GREGG DOES NOT HONOR PRICE GUARANTEE. Our washing machine died so we went to HH Gregg to look at new machines. HH Gregg advertises they will match any competitor’s price and they have a big sign in the store stating this. The salesman even made a point of promising to match any lower price found in the next 90 days.
Fortunately, we did not sign on the dotted line. We went to Brandsmart where the same machines were being sold for a whopping $ 319.00 LESS. We photographed the machines with the price on them and went back to HH Gregg (HH Gregg had a quicker delivery date available).
To make a long story short, the salesman and manager at HH Gregg did a lot of double talk and in the end reduced their price to where it was only about $ 100 MORE than BRANDSMART. We asked them to honor their price guarantee and the manager told us «We don’t honor photos» In short, their price guarantee is a lot of hooey. All I can say is it is a good thing we did not purchase from HH Gregg and then try to get them to honor their obviously worthless 90 day price guarantee.
We bought the machines at Brandsmart. We have to wait a day longer for delivery, but better that than buying from a dishonest merchant. If HH Gregg does not honor their price guarantee then how can we trust them to honor their warranty or anything else?

Alright store. Clean overall. However the continuous harassment of employees following you around while you shop in order to ring a sale is extremely annoying.

Alicia in management is knowlegeable and friendly. She always follows up with e mail responses to various question and quotes. I had no idea how difficult it was to build a cottage when it comes to appliance selections. Alicia helped out every step of the way.

I purchased kitchen appliances 6 mos ago and received A+ service during sales and delivery. I went in this week to purchase another set of kitchen appliances for a rental property I’m remodeling, and again awesome service from Roger! He checked for rebates, provided measurements for all the appliances, and explained the whole delivery process. I also noticed they had a 32″ Samsung LED on sale for $ 219! I snatched one up for my bedroom and also received awesome customer service from Raymond in the electronics dept. All these negative reviews are surprising! I love the Pinecrest Hhgregg!

I needed something very specific: a dishwasher 2″ shorter than standard height because a tile installation resulted in less height between the finished floor and the countertop. A standard height dishwasher would no longer fit. I explained my situation as well as brought in product sheets of the two specific models that would fit in my space. The salesman told me the models I was looking for were discontinued, even though in an earlier phone conversation with the GE help line the GE people confirmed these were current models. The guy wasted 70 minutes of our time, measuring every dishwasher on the showroom floor and looking stuff up on line. He did not have very good skills at this. His final response was that no product exists to fit in my space and I need to remove my new tile floor or raise my countertop (modifying all my cabinets). 15 minutes later I was at Brandsmart and they had the exact special size model I needed, at 30% below the $ 799 list price. I wish I hadn’t wasted my time at hh Gregg, and I won’t bother to check them out in the future for future home appliance needs.

I had to exchange a blu ray player and it was the most painless experience of my life. 3 minutes, no questions asked, and very friendly and efficient service.

I don’t know if they wise up after getting rather bad rating from here (or elsewhere), but when we went shopping for a fridge and dishwasher, our experience couldn’t be better.
We first went to BXXXmart. We had visited there a few days before and given a quote on the models we want. We went in wanting Samsung, but the sales there pushed us to go with LG, saying that it’s less expensive but better in quality. As we never considered that brand before we decided to go home for some research. When we returned a few days later, we were told that the price was wrongly quoted so they would not honor it, in a very rude, haughty manner.
So we drove a short distance over the HH Gregg, because I’d rather pay more elsewhere than suffer such poor service. We were pleasantly surprised to be greeted warmly. Staff was knowledgeable and in the business for a while. Without any hard bargaining, we were able to get the superior Samsung at a substantial saving over BXXXmart’s LG quote.
Even the delivery service was excellent. They gave us a short time frame to wait for, arrived on time, and made sure they set everything up right instead of just delivering the goods and leave.

Will I ever step foot in this store again? Well, let me put it to you this way… I’d rather get waterboarded, burn the roof of my mouth with molten lava and paper cut between each individual finger. The douche nuggets working in this place are completely worthless and über rude.
I found it rather odd to be the only customer in the store when I arrived on a Tuesday at 6:00ish. I tried to get assistance for over 15 minutes, but no one was «available» to help me with my purchase. I bolted out of hell hole gregg after being ignored by 2 salesmen jabbering away about «El Heat» and getting a «I’ll be with you shortly» gesture from another salesman chatting on his cell phone. I walked next door to Best Buy and was in and out in less than 10 minutes with a brand new fridge. The best part of it all… I ended up saving over a $ 100 dollars on the same whirlpool model and got free next day delivery and haul away!
Hhgregg? Maybe it stands for Heaven Help Gregg… Cause I don’t think he’s gonna be in business for much longer.

I hate a horrible experience in this store. I went in once and looked around a mice man asked me if I need help I told him no thank you and continued looking around. I got an idea of the television I wanted but I left to walk a few doors down to look at the prices at Bestbuy. I left bestbuy to return to HhGregg decided that the price was better along with that fact that I had a brand new credit cars from HhGregg I wanted to use. When I walked back in I was once again asked is I needed help. I told them I did need help with a tv. Another sales man gestured me towards the TVs. The man the leaned on the wall and continued chewing his gum and smacking his lips. I asked him a question or two which his answers were «I don’t know». Nor did he make any attempt to find out the answers for me and he acted as if I should have known the answers. His attitude was horrendous. I walked out and loudly announced that I would be buying my tv at Bestbuy!

On December 18^th I wrote a review about HHGregg’s poor customer service, I sent the same complaint to HHGregg Headquarters.
On January 10, 2011 (a whole 147,000 minutes went by) I got a E-​mail from HHGregg, apologizing for the delay, but they would look into the matter.
Sad, why even send an E-​mail if your going to have 3 week delays on a complaint! I’m am positive HHGregg will resolve there customer service issues, I am sure HHGregg will topple companies like Best Buy, like CVS did to Eckard Drug stores. (Not: If you read those previous lines like John Lithgow would read them or Christopher Walken would you would bring out the sarcasm)
