5 stars every single time. My bf and I dine here at least once a week and they never disappoint. We’re total regulars; they even know my name and our order by now. Portions are huge and always fresh. Never a long wait time even when it’s busy.

Super fast & friendly staff. Food is always on point! I’m beyond obsessed with the chicken fajitas. The gentleman goes out of his way to make sure the guest is enjoying their food. Out of all the Taco Rico Franchise. This one is number one hands down!

Normally I go to the Taco Rico by LeJeune in Coral Gables, but since we were in the area, boyfriend and I stopped by. Parking was convenient and the place itself was relatively empty. Comparing this location to the one I typically frequent, this one seems more spacious, although I think the other may be bigger. It’s all in the design. Anyhow, we ordered some taquitos, chicken fajitas, and a ground beef burrito without refried beans. We also had some chips and salsa with water to drink. Absolutely scrumptious. Service, too, was on point. Oh, and I was surprised to see a TV on with a soccer game. Nice; if I’m in this next of the woods again, I will definitely return.

Adding a new star. The pork quesadilla is very good and the service is great. My son ordered carnitas tacos and they were a little spicy so I ordered 3 chicken. They didn’t know it was for a kid so they didn’t tell us they were a little spicy, so I was planning on paying for 3 more tacos. They refused to take the payment and made the tacos for my son. Very nice.

I placed a delivery order from here and the food arrived in a reasonable time from there it went downhill fast. First, I can’t believe I am writing a review for the same place the other reviewers have done. The items were bland if best.. We ordered two Mexicana platters, a burrito, three sides of guacamole and a bowl of tortilla soup. The guac and tortilla soup weren’t delivered with the order, yet I was charged for them. When I called to inform the restaurant, the employee at the other end of the phone said, «Yes, I have your ticket. You have toritilla soup…» When I tried to explain to her that I didn’t nor did I have the other sides I had paid for, she said she’d have the driver bring them out. As this was over 45 minutes after receiving the food, we didn’t want them. Having already eaten the other items, there was nothing to put them on. Then she began to tell me she’d give me a credit at the restaurant. I let her know I did not want a credit to order there again as I had no intention of doing so again and simply wanted my card refunded for the items which were missing. Back to the food, the chicken in the quesadillas and tacos was dry and tasteless. The meat in the taco was also flavorless. Perhaps a little cilantro, cumin or other seasoning could have provided it a little CPR.

The service is fast, and the staff was friendly. The tacos were fresh and a better option than Taco Bell for sure. On Mondays the tacos are 99¢ and if you dine in the tortillas chips are free.

This is my favorite burrito in Miami! I love all of Taco Rico’s food but the burrito is out of control! If you want a food challenge I dare you to try and eat a whole ultra burrito! The sauces are awesome! I love their Atomic sauce(orange one)! Also mix the Atomic with the Verde(green one), this is soooo good!!! They now opened one near my office by Tamiami airport and feel the urge to go everyday! The struggle is real!

Decided to do something different… decided to order the house tacos and I’m so glad I did. I actually loved a picture a previous Unilocaler posted but ignored their comments referring to «ewe cabbage in tacos?!» So ignoring that, and judging the picture of the food to speak for itself I tried it anyways! And I’m so glad!!! So delicious and so worth trying something else on their menu.

Worst Mexican food in Miami. The cash resister guy that looks like cheech or Chong has an attitude problem.

This is a consistent and tasty local restaurant. Good lunch specials. They have a well stocked salsa bar, and you even get to dine on on regular plates. As small family-owned Mexican places go, this one is quite good. They also serve beer if you so desire.

This place is the bomb! Who needs Taco Bell when you have mouth watering tacos at Taco Rico?! So damn good!!! I’ve ordered from this place on Eat24 a couple of times and everything I’ve tried has been phenomenal. My ultimate favorite is definitely their tortilla soup. It’s spicy and full of flavor! I’m an al pastor taco lover, so naturally I love theirs! If you’re in Pinecrest and want to eat great Mexican food, then you should definitely stop by here. P.S — They have amazing lunch specials! ;)

We have given Taco Rico a repeat try once and once again. Basically because they are the only Mexican delivery in Pinecrest, but no more! I rather drive to Guadalajara than deal with the horrible service and owner! First, it takes them about 5 minutes to understand my name, ELAINE, I guess they can’t afford caller id. Then, the order is always always incorrect, they always either add beans or forget the sauce. I live less than five minutes away and the order is cold. The worst part is that they took the meat out of the chili con queso, not there, no mea, t I guess to save the extra 2 Cents. Even when requested they forget to add the meat. Knowing the restaurant business, and that restaurants make money on repeat customers, the owner, HOWARD laughed at me. After trying to explain the dissatisfaction, with his food and service. He believes his restaurant is actually offering good quality food. I guess here in lies the problem. The meat is 2nd to taco bell! Don’t waste your time or money you will be disappointed, hit up Chipotle or Guadalajara.

Best taco salad ever & they deliver!!! The large burrito will not only feed a small army, it’ll be the best darn burrito they ever ate. Quantity and quality are on point :)

Taco Rico! My parents and I have food delivered to the house from this place at least three times a month if not more. Not to mention the countless times we walk in when no one wants to cook. Their food is always great. My personal fave is the taco salad, try it with steak! It comes in a taco shell that is honestly the most delicious thing ever and the salad is never wet so the shell stays hard and crunchy. This is a huge plus! My dad always gets the wet burrito, he raves about it. Make sure to check this place out if you’re in the Pinecrest area and«feending» some great Tex Mex

They used to be the best deal in town with 89 cent Monday taco madness, now they’re doing 99 cent Monday taco madness which is still pretty good. They have good food(their wet burritos are humongous), local family owned, and clean. I am a bit of a regular there :) conveniently around the corner, but I’d still drive to get there.

This is a place to get decent Mexican food, nowhere near the best, but it works for me when I’m lazy at home craving Mexican food and want to order delivery.

Unfortunately, staff was rude, especially the manager. So unfortunate, not many individuals are meant to work in the food service industry. Customer service is key in every business! Not worth eating in nor delivery. There are much better Mexican restaurants in Pinecrest/Palmetto Bay Area.

This review has nothing to do with food but everything to do with the substandard condition of this locations soda machine. After purchasing our meal and fountain sodas, my gf and I promptly returned the cups due to the amount of PINKMOLD built up in the ice chute. My concerns were addressed to the staff, an older lady in particular. She was receptive but unfortunately completely unaware as to how to fix the problem. The male employee(dark tan skin) seemed to not care at all. It gets better… With this now brought to their attention you would think the least they could do is put up an OUTOFORDER sign. NOPE… In fact they continued to allow patrons to use the machine. I would genuinely like to discuss high standards, proper training and empowerment with the owner of this location. So if you’re listening I’ll be waiting.

Solid food with a great selection of Salsa. Very low brow atmosphere with half self serve and half table service. The staff is helpful and friendly with a good mix of Spanglish. The place is never too busy at lunch or dinner so it is easy to get on and out. Extra parking is in the rear.
