Lil Dino Subs

Lil Dino’s Subs was like your average sub restaurant. The subs had just enough food to fill me up. I would give it five stars if the subs were more than my expectations. The subs were average so I gave it four stars. I took out so I didn’t really get to see the inside of the sub restaurant. Overall this sub restaurant is a great place to eat subs!

The tables are dirty and sticky. There are no condiments. There is trash on the floors. The Pizza is big and tastes good. Staff was somewhat friendly. Didn’t feel that welcomed eating here. Made sure to clean our table at the end because I knew the staff wouldn’t. Would only recommend eating here if you went through the drive through or if you were going to get to go.

My wife and I had lunch at Li’l Dinos this afternoon. I had the Philly cheese steak and she had chicken salad sandwich. Both were totally on point! Not only was the food delicious, but the owner and staff were very friendly.

Not clean. Not friendly. Not good. Owner didn’t care. My daughter liked her pizza slice, so that is why two stars instead of one.

This place is great if you want a quick bite to eat. I always have the Gyro and these guys have never made a bad one. Friendly staff, decent portions and always buzzing with friendly patrons.

I have been going to eat at this Lil Dino’s for many years. My last visit several days ago will be my last visit. I ordered an 8″ philly cheese steak combo with fries and a drink. It was almost $ 12. I expect a lot of food for that kinda money. I sat down and looked at my sandwich and didn’t see the peppers and onions that I ordered. Well, they were there but they were tiny pieces underneath the meat and cheese. I could not believe the tiny amount of meat that was on this cheese steak sandwich. So I went up to the counter and politely told them that I wanted more meat especially since I had paid almost $ 12. The woman got huffy with me and I overheard her approach the owner and say, «this guy wants more meat on his sandwich. Can you deal with him?» His response was simple and the correct one, «just give him more meat.» I just don’t want to have to fight anyone for the appropriate amount of food for the money. NY Deli across the street is almost as expensive but they give you way more food for the money.

There are many better sub shops in town, This one misses the boat in cleanliness, price, and ability to get your order right. Sandwich was tasty, but a bit too expensive. Asked for order to go, it sat out on counter several minutes before anyone realized that an error had been made

i had not been to the li’l dinos in olmstead village in about 5 years due to the manager at that time being very rude to me and my wife just because we asked if we could get a sub as a wrap instead having all that bread. they were selling wraps at the time, but the manager rudely and adamantly stated the 3 different wraps they offered, and didn’t even consider our request. i did not know that she was the manager until i asked to speak to the manager, hence the reason i haven’t returned there to give them any of my money since then. recently, i received a li’l dinos coupon on the back of my harris teeter receipt for $ 3 off an 18″ pizza. this was the first time i had heard of this place selling pizza, so i checked the website,
, to see how much an 18″ pizza would be. they didn’t have any prices, so i called. the person answering the call and the manager that picked up later after i was put on hold were very rude, and they couldn’t give me a total price for my order until i actually placed the order. i wanted to know the total price before i decided to place the order, but they told me they were too busy. all i knew was that it was going to be over $ 20. if i had actiually placed the order i certainly hope it would have been the best damned ny style pizza i ever had since it costs so much. i may have been willing to try it if i knew the total price with my $ 3 off coupon. this place id dead to me again. sorry, you had your chance to make ammends, but with such poor customer service you will eventually go out of business. you’re welcome for this free advertisement!!!

The Italian sub I ordered was OK. $ 7.70 for a 4″ sub with a small bag of chips and a fountain drink seems like too much for the quality. There were several errors on my order, which was not unusual.

The concept and menu looked great however, when I got back t my hotel my order was wrong so I didn’t get the full experience but the sandwich was still decent. And they have a drive-​thru!

The food isn’t good enough to override all the issues I experienced with my first visit here. The tables were pretty nasty, the staff weren’t very welcoming, and considering that I was one of three people there, the food took longer then expected and they managed to mix up our orders.

Food is ok, but this place is dirty

Never write reviews but was compelled to do so since our experience has been different than other reviews. We’ve frequented this restaurant via drive thru at least a dozen times. The food is very good. Always piping hot. Fries and onion rings crispy. Subs, yummy! We usually call ahead and pick since its made fresh, drive thru can understandably take a little longer. But on to the big difference in our experience is the customer service. It has been nothing short of excellent every time. Always courteous and helpful on the phone and in person. Very friendly. Today my infant was crying hysterically in the back so after coming to the window I pulled in to a parking space. Without being asked the guy recognized what was going on and walked our food out to us at the car. Super helpful! Great food. Great service!!! And high sanitation score! Just go already!

I come here for the pizza, it’s good, NY inspired pizza. It’s also not corporate pie, so that’s always a plus. Yep! Ya can’t go wrong with an extra cheese pizza from Lil Dino’s, always a favorite and just as good the next day.

Good sandwiches, pizza, and salads. Poor customer service. Staff are not friendly.

Sandwiches are very good, service is ok not the friendliest, pricey for what you get. Went for lunch and got a 6in sub, fries and a tea for about $ 10 – 11.

Good sandwiches. Cheap prices. They also have pizza and other short-​order selections.
