Best tasting coffee I’ve had in a while !
Im always looking to support small places like this instead of wasting my money elsewhere (Starbucks) .My favorite drink is the Hot or Iced Carmel Perk. Try it you wont regret it!!!

This place is a gem. Who would have though such a tiny location could put out such good coffee!
The service is fast and employees are friendly. They will even give your dog a latte (whipped cream with a treat on top) for free!
I love supporting local small businesses! Stop here instead of Starbucks for your coffee fix and help the little guys grow!

Love me some Perks! I usually get Hot Tea with Vanilla & cream! It’s delicious and only 2 $! The Macadamia Cookie Iced Coffee is to die for! Not to mention all the baristas are warm and welcoming!

Super cute little trailer coffee place. Have driven by it a bunch and never saw it! Great service and tasty drinks. We had a frozen coffee on a hot day and were pleased! This is a great stop for those living in highland village on their way in to houston!

Their coffee is unique and original in a way that no other place is. It is very delicious. The employees are friendly and awesome. I don’t even like coffee that much, but I love perks.

This is my favorite coffee place! The coffee is great! For those that don’t drink milk they have soy, almond or coconut milk. I haven’t haven’t had a drink that I didn’t like. The smoothies are a great, too!

Well, I reeeeaally wanted to like this place. Was hoping to have found a new unique individually owned cute little place! But, ugh, ordered and iced coffee, half and half, no sweetner, so pretty basic, and ewww… awful. So, guess it was the type of coffee they brew to make the iced coffee, because that’s all an iced coffee is when you don’t add any sweetner or flavoring! The half an half shouldn’t have been the taste problem, so… the coffee it had to be.
Cute little trailer though, and super nice guy working there. Pricier than starbucks, but if it’s a mom and pop place it’s all good. But! Not for icky iced coffee. :/​
Maybe their other flavored type drinks are their thing! So probably worth trying out if that’s YOUR thing!

this place is great! there coffee is way better than any Starbucks coffee I have ever had. I love how it is drive– thru! quick and speedy coffee! I got the «Carmelicious «which was creamy and full of Carmel! love it and will be back!
