At Last Air Conditioning

I am a resident at a condo community that has to have the most archaic and erroneously installed air conditioning system. Whenever my building was constructed, the builder decided to put A. C pipes underneath the building and then pour concrete on top of them ensuring that accessing the pipes in the event of repair would be a most arduous feat.
My property manager has dispatched more than 3 companies to repair the A.C. and while the unit is not repaired yet due to opposition from the HOA, At Last Air has provided me with the best service. Their technicians are professional and courteous. They’ve consistently provided me with a true explanation of the status of their work and never made me feel like I’m «just a woman» that doesn’t know anything about the repairs that were being done like the other companies did. They even provided me with a portable air conditioning unit so that I can be more comfortable in this hot summer heat while the repairs are being made.
Robert is one of their technicians and he has been wonderful throughout this entire process. He is always punctual, works diligently and he understands the meaning of providing care to his customers.
