Terrible terrible terrible experience. Cannot say terrible enough times. Someone rear-​ended the back end of my brand new 2015 Toyota Camry SE in the summer and I thought the best place to take my car was the place I bought it. I thought wrong! This was a horrible experience for me. After dropping off my car a job that normally takes 3 – 5 days took 3 weeks. I had to call in multiple times and listen to their excuses about why the car wasn’t done. After 3 weeks I finally got to go pick up my car and I was beyond ecstatic. The manager inside gave me the papers for my car and sent me on my way. As soon as I got to my car to check out the bumper, the bumper still had scratches all over it and it was still hanging off my car! I went back in and the manager apologized to me and said he would get it fixed right this time. I was pretty upset, but what can you do? I gave him the keys back to my car and it took them 2 more weeks to «fix» my car this time. When I came back to pick up my car their was additional damage to it. There were scratches on the roof, new dings on the sides of my car, and the bumper was still messed up. I told the manager I would not be leaving my car to be fixed a second time and that I would be contacting Geico to tell them that they hadn’t fixed my car even though they took the money for the repairs. I also contacted Toyota Corporate and they gave me the option to take my car to Lexus Collision Center in Tampa so they could make things right. I took my car there and when I got there, the guy looked at my car and told me that he would get back to me… I was confused because they had told me to come drop off the car so I could get it repaired immediately. I drove home in bewilderment and called the manager of Lexus Collision Center again and the manager, Harry, apologized and asked me to please come back and drop off my car. I could not believe they made me drive to this place twice! I dropped off my car and long story short; they fixed my car in 3 more weeks. Will never ever get my car repaired at any dealership ever again.

AutoNation did body work recently on our Chevy Volt. The results were excellent. Service and communication perfect. I even got texts regularly regarding how far along the work was. Best in my 60+ years experience!
