Racetrac

Racetrac is slowly becoming my favorite gas station. It looks to me as if there is more of a variety of items in the store. The store is also very clean and organized. I was in need of gas and I was in a rush. And of course, there had to be the longest line in history as consumers were purchase powerball tickets. Once it was my turn in line, I assume that I was talking too fast when I told the cashier what gas pump I was at, therefore, she did not quite catch what I said. My gas was not pumping so I ran back inside right away and despite the long line, she started it for me immediately, followed by a smile, as that is not what I had expected since there were so many people ahead of me. Thank you for showing such generosity in your customer service.

This week I’ve had a change in routine that’s forced me to figure out my coffee situation. I needed something closer to home than the Starbucks twice the distance away.
This is a newer gas station and it looks good inside and out. I noticed every time I went there (daily for about 8 in a row) someone was cleaning and making sure I was finding what I needed. The food selection is awesome for a gas station and their hot foods easily rival fast food places.
I enjoy the selection of fresh coffees but find a large with 2 inches of cubed ice with dark roast poured over is a great cup of black coffee at the perfect temp. the foam cups keep the coffee warm for a couple hours which is always nice.
I did have to make a pit stop once and was shocked by how nice the bathroom was. Looked like something you’d see in a $$+ restaurant. This alone shows how much respect they have for their customers.
