Excellent work, great employees, and very affordable. They don’t try to push you into spending more. They recommend what you need. The fence installers were amazing, they listened to my concerns and made sure I was satisfied with the job. They finished ahead of schedule and everything was done perfectly!

I’m going to have to agree with some of the other reviewers here. Tom, the owner, is beyond rude with little to no customer service. His team of people accessed my property w/​o my permission (neighbors put in fence) and then proceeded to render my front gate unusable even after communicating I did not approve. Yes, this is partially my neighbor’s fault as well; however any company which goes after the dollar (which Tom clearly articulated to me) rather than the best interest of all impacted parties is a company I’d assume not work with. Be forewarned.

Found this business while searching for a very hard to find older discontinued fence picket. «Kelly» was able to assist me with a very close substitute from their stock and cut them down to 48″ for me based solely on an email conversation. My order for 36 pickets was ready when I arrived.
In the midst of handling multiple phone orders, Kelly was still able to handle my meager order cheerfully and professionally

Unlike the rest of the reviews I’m reading our experience was a pleasant one. We put in 250′ of board on board fence using yellow wood 2×4’s for fence rails and true 6″ x ½″ board. All the posts are 4×4 and the gate posts are 6×6. Their price was competitive as the others and even came down $ 100.00 to help us out. The only complaint I have is that they had told us their installers were employed and the crew that came out (which b.t.w. was a great install) are sub contractors. Other than that we are super happy.

Most companies lull you into a false sense of security and trust, and then they screw you. West Coast are just bad from the word go. It really helps in the decision process. Their estimator left here about 40 min. ago, after my wife asked him to leave. When we called to complain about how rude he was, we were told that ‚“you can’t get along with everyone”. So, that seems to be their customer service policy. You can’t get along with everyone.
Billie Jo, I couldn’t disagree with you more. The customer is always right? Maybe not all the time. The potential customer should probably be treated a little better though.
I would assume that West Coast, like all of us in the construction business, is probably flush with work right now. Our small residential project was obviously too small to be bothered with. They could have just told us that. Sending out a rude estimator, who obviously doesn’t want to be bothered, is no way to run a business. Ask what the job might entail, and then tell me the truth.
I would stay far away from these people.

This company cannot be trusted. I contracted to have a fence installed, and was told to mark my lawn sprinkler pipes. I spent hours and marked every line with flags and painted the runs to ensure no problems. 6 line breaks, four cut wires, 685.00 in repairs resulted. The installers pulled the flags and could have cared less. When I called the company to speak to the owner, he said «read your contract, and hung up» BEWARE !

Tom the owner is a very rude individual and lacks customer service skills. I called to confirm an appointment and there was a misunderstanding regarding the work that needed to be done and he became very impolite on the phone. Our neighbors experienced the same with this company. The workers try to apologize for him, but his behavior is unacceptable, especially being an owner of a company.
