ColAire came to my residence to check out our oven. The technician was there 20 minutes, possibly less. $ 90 service call for the diagnosis. I authorized the repairs and gave a deposit for parts. Never showed up to do the repairs, never called back, won’t return my calls or messages, and their website doesn’t work. I had to hire another company for the job. Zero stars for ripping me off, and shame on ColAire Heating & Cooling for having absolutely no integrity whatsoever. Call elsewhere for service.
