These apartments don’t even deserve one star. Over priced ghetto ass apartments to top it off they come with mold. Management sucks and are extremely rude. Me and my roommate only lasted 4 months there because of management. We were they youngest tenants always paid are rent early yet management used to always harass us! Over an empty parking spot that i would park in because every night when I would get home from work somebody was parked in my spot. So it only made sense for me to park in the empty spot that was empty everyday at all hours the apartment was vacant and it still was a reason to harass me. Instead of worrying about a parking spot they should worry about the real issues like the disgusting pool that they never clean, the mold they’ve had in the apartments for years, all the rodents and roaches they have! Think twice about moving in. Unless you like annoying ghetto ass little kids running around naked and mold and roach infested apartments, then go ahead.

MOLD!!! on top of roaches. Building is infested and they don’t care. This apt complex is ghetto. I would not recommend this place to anyone and it’s expensive.

It’s funny seeing old reviews about the mold. 2014 and it’s still here. This place is a freakin’ ghetto. Dog shit and piss everywhere. Neighbors screaming and fighting but the girls in the office say they can’t get involved. «Call the police» they say. Yeah, then you’re known as the cop caller when your car gets vandalized. The little turds running and screaming around the pool while they piss and throw rocks in it. The ghetto peeps smoking weed as they look at you sun bathing.

I see these apartments still have extensive mold. I lived here for a couple of months in 2002 – 2003. The mold was so terrible it was making me and my newborn sick. When we moved the furniture the walls were black with mold. Also my bff lived in a different building and the mold was pretty bad there as well. I cannot believe they haven’t fixed this mold problem yet. My doctor gave me a letter and we moved out asap. Do not move into these apartments!

This place is the worse, the MOLD in the apartments is intense. They show you a model have you fall in love with a model and they give u a crappy place to live. My experience was soo bad, I sued them! I moved in while I was pregnant, was sick through my whole pregnancy and wondered why, I complained a lto about the mold and the property manager would write «work orders» never were completed, finally the mold and the work orders were piling up I called the city inspector, they classified the unit as uninhabitable, they red tapped the unit. The property manager wanted to evict us because we called the city, we ended up suing and won the case, they had to actually pay us to relocate. My daughter ended up hospitalized because of the mold exposure, she has asthma as a result. Now 3yrs later when we are trying to move into a place, some broad named Nicole who was not there when I was living there, has the balls to give a bad reference and say we left owing them monies,! WTH!!! This place should be shut down completely!!! When I called her to complain or get the reason why she would defame me that way, she said she never gave a bad reference and that the other property manager from the new place was a liar… lol. I can’t believe this broad! The city health inspector should be called to them again, BBB should be informed of the frauds they commit and better believe they will be sued by me again! DON’T MOVE IN HERE… OR MOVE IF YOU WANT TO BE SICK 99.9% OF THE TIME YOU LIVE THERE!!!

If you like mold, termites and being treated like you don’t matter, this is the place for you! Don’t worry, they won’t kill the mold, just paint over it. If you don’t like mold, they don’t like you. Pretty much they like for you to not complain about anything. Even if the deck catches fire, call the fire department? No way! Put it out and assume it’s safe, that’s how they like to do it at Bayside. Even though it’s cheap, not worth it.
