Dairy Queen

The lady who took my order today was very rude to me. Her name was Rebecca H and she’s been rude to my friend and I before and she has no idea who we are since we live 45 minutes away. I ordered an add on of toast and gravy with my 5 buck lunch and she charged me for both toast and gravy. When she gave me my meal I was disappointed to see there was no toast so I asked her why I didn’t get it. She replied it didn’t come with it which I knew because I’m not stupid and have also worked at a Dairy Queen before. I said that I ordered it and was charged for it in which she replied «I’ll give it to you for 50 cents» which I’d already paid! After that, she was very rude and would not wait on us when it was time for our sundaes; a different lady had to wait on us when Rebecca wasn’t doing anything. I was so excited for dq today and was very depressed to be treated with such awful service. Usually I don’t complain or ask for what I wanted when I don’t get it but I’d been looking forward to it and the mistake was hers.

I’d sworn I’d never return after getting crappy service. But my kid had a free cone coupon, so we went. Much better service, and they offered me a pup-​cup for my dog. Now, that’s more like it! We’ll be back. :)

Uhhh. No thanks. Dirty inside. Workers had a real attitude when I asked them to wipe the slop off the seats so I wouldn’t soil my clothes. Who needs this place?
