This place gets a five star tonight! Hot fresh food ready to go as is usually the case, but the customer service was tops in my book! Alyssa and Jake and the manager all were respectful and polite and just full of joy. What a breath of customer service fresh air! Keep up the great work!

They messed up my order and fixed it so well that their service rated a 5 star! On 2÷9÷15 at 2:30pm I went through their drive thru and ordered a Fill Up Chicken Bowl combo. I made this decision after asking several questions of the lady on the speaker. She was very helpful, kind and very patient with me! Got my order and took off. Three hours later, when I get a chance to eat it, I opened up the bag, then the bowl, to find the wrong food. Bummer! I had been thinking about that KFC Crispy Chicken Bowl all afternoon. Instead I had a noodle bowl. Big Bummer! So I scratched my own noodle and decided to call them. Wow, their answer made me so happy! Another kind lady said she was sorry for the mix up and that I could keep the noodle bowl and that they would give me a new FREE Crispy Chicken Bowl Combo the next time I came in! Now that’s customer service! All done in a kind, professional voice! Wish I knew her name but I was so stunned I forgot to ask. Next time you decide to chicken out, give this KFC a try!

We went thru the drive thru. The speaker squeaked like most drive thru speakers. But had good service, we thought we had good service till we got home and they left my husbands cookie out. What a sad day
