Nice enough store, but poorly trained help and really cumbersome business practices.
Sales girl talked me into applying for a EB credit card for a special discount. Neither the card application nor the discount was correctly processed. I have no idea what happened to my application or my credit information since the company has never contacted me.
Tried to return something I had purchased the day before, and it took the store manager and two clerks forty-​five minutes to do a simple return. this kind of thing gets done in seconds at Macy’s or Dillards. Who needs it.
