HOW do they stay in business? The prices seem so high.
The only reason we stopped the day we did was so my husband could exchange his broken Craftsman tape measure for a new one. Lifetime warranty and all. Well to our surprise Sears has decided to stop making their Craftsman tape measures. So he got a Stanley and it’s the last one he gets for free. Bummer…

Personally I don’t understand how this company has made it through the last 20 years. They almost are always over priced, and the quality is only sometime better then other brands. Craftsman tool have lost their top notch, and the quality of the tool boxes is upsetting. Lowes and Home Depot have better and cheap tool sets from top brand name companies. Clothing, I don’t buy here anymore, as well as outdoor items. The last things I got was smaller appliances. But that is it!
