I had an issue with the phone. I called T-Mobile customer care who suggested to go to the store to get a replacement phone. I go to this Piscataway store and the guy there says there is nothing he can do to help me !! I called T-Mobile again and they were able to help me get a replacement. the store person should be a little more courteous to existing customer(P.S I was the only one in the store .not during rush hour).

I’ve been a T-Mobile customer for over a decade. We recently upgraded our 400 minute family plan(which they haven’t offered for like, seven years since everyone and their mom has a cell phone now). We knew the transaction would be a little tricky because we had a laundry list of things we wanted to do with our account, such as: Upgrade my phone Add a data plan Cancel one of the lines Transfer responsibility of the account Thanks to the extreme patience and expertise at this store, we got everything done(except one because we have to wait a few more days). The sales associate was excellent about helping us understand our options, helping us save money, and helping us navigate T-Mobile corporate, which does things like canceling lines and transferring responsibility. He made sure everything was done in the right order and reflected through the system. The associate we had was obviously really good at his job, and his professionalism(and 15 minutes of overtime after the store closed) left me feeling positively giddy. He spent extra time to make sure I knew how to use my phone and that the contract was what I asked for. Side note, this location is behind the Longhorn Restaurant, and not on the corner of Stelton.
