Been here a couple times. It’s Walmart, so I’m not going to bore you about the place. This one wasn’t too dirty, no super long lines, none of the annoying clientele that can frequent such a place. I’m a fan of this location!

In and out and never a line. Walking out of the store and seeing the mountain range makes it extra special.

When I’m fly fishing on the Davidson river and need something I forgot back in Charlotte, this is the last place I can go before entering the Parkway. As with all Big Box store, it has a little bit of everything.

A Canadian and a Yankee walk into a Walmart in North Carolina looking for a pair of sandals. Unable to find sandals that would be adequate for walking in a creek, the Canadian asks a Walmart employee for help. Canadian: Excuse me, do you know where I could find a pair of strap sandals? Employee: Well… Let me see… I’m not sure we have sandals… A gentleman came in here a few weeks back looking for sandals… I don’t think he ever found them. Employee stops at an empty shelf in one of the aisles. Employee: Well… If we had them, they would be here… What’s your shoe size? Canadian: If you don’t have them, it doesn’t really matter. Yankee: We need sandals that look just like these.(points to her feet with Teva-like sandals) Employee: Well… Where’d ya get those? Yankee: Phoenix, AZ Employee: Oh… Well… We got these…(holds up a pair of canvas flip flops) Yankee: No thanks. We’re really looking for sandals like these(points to feet again) because we’re going to be walking in a creek tomorrow. Employee: Well… These would dry out nicely… Yankee: But he already has a pair of flip flops.(points to Canadian’s feet). Thanks for all your help anyways.
