My favorite thing about Jennifer is the way she communicated with me. She listened and when she responded, I knew that she heard me. She was always there, sharing successes and letting me know what was needed to reach the next benchmark. It was like she was right here by my side. I feel like our relationship grew to be deeper than traditional business. She is authentic and kind, smart and lovely. She remained a ray of sunshine even when we had to file an extension. Then there was the day, two days after we moved in when the plumbing backed up. She took care of that as well!
