I primarily shop here for my clothes. The salesclerks are always unfailingly polite and helpful and the bargains can’t be beat. I docked one star because they are not always the best quality, but for $ 10 I don’t expect long-​term wear. I appreciate the help putting together outfits, the price point, and the selection. I definitely will be back!

Went here to find something to wear to a wedding. Besides the fact that the clothing is not well made, nor designs most would wear, no one working approached me or even knew I was in the store … and I was there at least 15 minutes. Granted I don’t shop here often, but every time I’ve tried it’s been pretty much the same experience. Not a store I would recommend.

I’ve shopped at Collections Rack several times now the last being 2 days ago.
Although I usually choose to shop unattended I was in a bit of a rush and when the sales gal offered to help I accepted. She offered her name, Katie. She was extremely attentive, even declining a phone call as to not interrupt our exchange. After explaining what I was looking for, she zeroed in on options to show me and I found two choices I purchased.
I appreciate great customer service and found it here with Katie. Thank you!
