Edith Roman Reality

Edie Roman approached me to do yard work for a certain property in Arroyo Grande, CA. I told her how much it would cost her, and she agreed. I have yet to see any money from her, she keeps making up stuff and contradicting herself with every other sentence that comes out of her mouth. She tried the scare tactics on me to put me off. She is dis honest and uses people to get money and attention from others. Be aware, she is NOT what she appears to be when you first met with her. She comes across as this gentile fixed income person that is in need of help, then she does the old switcheroo on you and becomes… well, she becomes strange, contraditory, and then tries to threaten you with lawyer talk.

Don’t rent or do business with Edith Roman, I am a renter … I moved out following all the right channels. We even improved her property by installing a patio .She trying to keep our deposit and is even trying to say we didn’t pay our past few months rent .We have deposit slips to prove we are on top of our rent. She is going as far as saying we smoked none smokers here. saying we have to replace the carpets now. She owes us 4500.00 and is trying anything to keep it. Shes a crook. she likes to use the lords name. she needs to stop being a thief… we’ll see how it goes. we aren’t going to be intimidated by her scare tactics.

BEWARE! THIS COMPANY IS DISHONEST! WARNING DO NOT DO BUSINESS! She kept my deposit plus $ 4500 security for rental she had on 3201 Stinson Ave, Pismo Beach, CA. clear in April of 2009. Took her to court and won the case for $ 4500 plus interest and still awaiting for her to pay me. She has several liens against. I wish I had been warned before. Please make a review!
