This review is mainly about the pharmacy. The entire pharmacy staff is outstanding. They are extremely helpful and efficient. They are also very friendly and know all their customers making it a very personal experience. The rest of the store is alway clean and tidy and stocked.

Nice store good selection and nice people but everything here is about three dollars more than what it supposed to be. Set up to rip off the tourist crowd I guess… Better off buying the stuff at home before you go on vacation LOL

Always friendly service and now enjoying the beautiful remodel!!! Easy to find what i need, and great customer service… their pharmacy is always there to help answer questions and no long lines… i have been going now and bought enough that i get 20% off almost everything in the store… that s an amazing discount program and best part it gives the discount automatically :) i Don’t have to log on their website to print out a coupon like other stores… also have great sales… and the 20% discount is on top of that… Wow! That makes it worth not driving to SLO big box stores save on gas and time…

This store is extremely organized. Staff is waiting on you hand and foot, basically. All the product is faced towards the customer and replenished properly! I love that about a store! I will come here again!

Excellent. The staff is super cool. Easy to get in and out of store quickly. Consistently have the best beer prices in town. Oftentimes have great deals on other products. Great seasonal products… Xmas, easter, etc.

Yes, Rite Aid is Rite Aid is Rite Aid.. .cookie cutter… blah blah blah. I’ll say it again: get away from the Bay Area (or other big metro areas) and customer service increases with each mile driven. This Rite Aid is no exception! Rite Aid is a quality place overall but it was the great service that we received that sets this one apart from the rest. Friendly people, oodles of deals, and a very clean, well-​maintained store.
