Thanks, Rodney, for an awesome surf lesson!!! My son (8) has already told us he’s asking Santa for a surf board this year! Thank you for explaining all of the steps, how-to’s, and etiquette. He had the best time — you’re amazing!

Awesome instructors! This is the second year in a row we used Zada Surf. They are reasonable, safe and very knowledgeable. I felt extremely comfortable with my 7 and 9 year old boys with them. They not only taught about how to get on the board but currents and safety. We shall return.

My husband and I have taken surf lessons with Rodney the past two summers that we’ve visited Pismo. Rodney is excellent! He is very patient and provides clear instruction. In addition to surfing basics, he also teaches surf etiquette and ocean dynamics so that you can safely go out on your own later. I liked that he also challenges you to stretch outside your comfort zone and take larger waves if you want.
