OMG. I swear I really can’t with this property management company. I wrote them by email in May to two separate email accounts for repairs that were needed at my property. no response… submitted an online ticket for the same repairs in early December. no dam response… calls now about 7 times from the end of December to now. this ish is unreal… I guess I will have to alert the owner and see if they can make the repairs…

I love working with Wolf Croskey. He has managed our Brentwood rental for the last four years. He has been professional and caring. He balances the needs of the tenant with that of the property owner to do what’s best for both.
We are in the process of selling the house and he has been on top of it every steep of the way.
I would recommend them highly.

I wanted to buy a property in Antioch and filled a form on their website. Got a call the next day, and that’s the only call I’ve got from them. The first week they picked up my call occasionally but I was able to make progress, got my pre-​approval and their draft offer. The second week I just wanted to sign the offer but there was no response at all. They’ve never responded to my voice messages or emails. The third week I noticed that the property is pending. I am not sure if they want to do business if they treat customers like this.

So here was my experience:
–Went to the open house of a home I was interested in. Met with Wolfgang Croskey. Barely spoke a few sentences to me and seemed largely uninterested in renting the home. At least to me.
–Wrote several emails to follow up with the property, only to receive automated spam.
–Submitted credit application anyway, paid 30 $ for the fee, faxed all required documents, 3 weeks later no response.
–After leaving a mesage with the secretary, calling Wolfgang’s cell phone 2X and several emails, no response 3 weeks later.
Thanks to God, I went with another realtor and she found the much, much better home of my dreams. Their loss, my ultimate gain.

Horrible service… no one calls back or follows up! I put in an application on the 7th was told they would let me know in 24 – 48 hours…, still nothing it’s the 28th. I am on contract in Cali for two years… I own and manage 3 rental properties in Medford! And provide my tenants with much better service… even in different state! Two thumbs town croskey!
