Unbelievable BAD SERVICE…
Don’t care about customer service .
Don’t know how I was loyal to them for 2yrs. people be aware of this place…

I’m surprise no one has written a review for C & C Bookkeeping & Tax Service. I’ve had this agency do my taxes a couple of times in the past. The agency was highly recommended by a friend that swore up and down that C&C provided the highest returns… I’m no longer friends with this person. Partially because I made-​up the friend (duh I have no friends) and mainly because they recommended C&C.
C&C draws big crowds. During the tax season it is a horrendous experience. The contributing factors are parking arrangements, sitting, wait-​time and staff. C&C shares its parking with many other businesses. The combination of limited spaces and multiple businesses makes parking a constant issue. In most cases the solution to the parking situation will overflow to nearby residential areas. Once you’ve made your way inside you’ll want to punch yourself in the face. C&C doesn’t care to provide reasonable seating for its customers. Chairs line the walls, while ignoring the large empty space in the middle of the room. Many people are then required to stand and wait for their number to be called. A typical wait time consist of 2 – 4 hours to have your taxes fully done. Most people wait (I don’t know why).
C&C’s staff is a joke. C&C clearly targets and deals with the Latino community, you would think their staff would be fluent in Spanish. NOPE! Don’t get me wrong, the staff can speak casual Spanish, but the technical words common in their line of business –nope. Hearing the staff speak is embarrassing (pena agena). Their limited vocabulary leads to Spanglish, improper conjugation and long dragged out descriptions.
I don’t understand why so many Latinos choose C&C for their tax services. C&C is always packed and their services are appalling. Save your money, value your time and stay away.
