Planned Parenthood

Absolutely fantastic! It was my first time here and let me tell you, it was awesome. I went in on Wednesday @ 10:10 AM and it was empty, which is nice. The seating area is quite small, but it works. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. All of my questions were answered and I didn’t feel rushed or awkward at all.
I love Planned Parent hood & everything they stand for. The sheets you fill out even have other options for gender (gender fluid, bi gender, gender queer, ect) and if they need to call home, you can have them say they’re PP, the doctors office or even a random name! Super cool for teens who have parents who don’t support whatever they’re doing. They ask for a donation at the end of the visit, and why not? Most of their services are FREE!
And just to note, planned parent hood does A LOT more than just abortions. Please stop trying to shut them down just because they do a medical procedure you don’t agree with. If you want the number of abortions to drop, women and men need to have access to birthcontrol & guess what planned parent hood gives out… BIRTH CONTROL.

Absolutely love this place. its been nothing but a great experience every time ive gone in there. The staff is very professional and genuinely care. I have never had to wait and have always been able to get an appointment even last minute! I am very grateful that this place exists!

I’ll give them a solid three stars. The wait is usually long, but the staff are very professional– I have to concur with other reviews.
I recently showed up an hour earlier for an appt, and they did their best to accommodate me. They saw me within a half hour!
They are a small friendly clinic.

Great clinic. A bit of a wait but what do you expect, with the funding for poor planned parenthood right now. Fantastic nurses and doctors, I had an intensive procedure done and was very satisfied with everything.

I love coming to this clinic. Yes, you will probably wait in the lobby for a while, I won’t lie about that, it is a Planned Parenthood after all, but the staff is amazing. They are very sympathetic and listen. I only had to fill out paperwork on my first visit. My previous clinic was in central Hayward, and I had to fill out paperwork every time I went, even if it was just to get more birth control pills.
The assistants and clinicians are A+, I’ve never been to a PP with such an accommodating staff. If they don’t have a service or medication you need, they can show you a low cost clinic nearby that would help you out.
