This review should be ZERO stars base solely on the horrible customer service provided by the phone receptionist today.
I called this morning to make an appointment as a first time patient and I found the receptionist extremely rude with poor customer service skills.
She had an impatient and accusatory tone when she could not find our insurance the 2 times she searched it on her database.
This first impression was enough for me to hang up and call another optometrist and give them our business instead — who by the way had an excellent receptionist with impeccable customer service and who went above and beyond to call VSP and found our insurance!

Doctor Mills was awesome. showed me the pictures of my eyes and explained everything. His staff is very professional and friendly. I will definitely recommend him to others.

Wow I cannot believe that they don’t have any reviews yet. They are extremely professional. The front desk had all my insurance information ready the day of my appointment so all I had to do was just fill out my health history and then I was quickly taken for my eye exam. After my consultation with the doctor I sat with his assistant and she went over my insurance with me and let me know what glasses were covered under my insurance. After deciding on what glasses I was going to get I was told that the glasses were going to take 7 to 10 business days to come back from the lab. I was surprised when I got a call from Andrea letting me know that my glasses were in the office way sooner than what I expected that was awesome thank you so much Dr. Mill and staff.
