Stumbled upon this place on accident. When I lived in the ‘Town, I could find Menlo wrappers in Chinatown or otherwise drive to Union City for some. I live in the God Forbidden suburb of Antioch (blame the wife) and THANK GOD I can find Menlo wrappers to make my lumpia with. Glad I found you.

I finally found the best lumpia! They are frozen so they keep for a long time. The pack has about 4 to 5 pounds worth and cost $ 11 (can’t beat that). All you need is to drop them in some real hot oil and a few minutes later you have yourself some awesome lumpia.
